JEF WORLD OF GOLF Hazard Deluxe Putting Mat, Green, regulation size with automatic ball return

The JEF World Of Golf Hazard Deluxe Putting Mat is a portable, regulation-sized indoor putting surface with a cup, bunker, water hazard and automatic ball-return channel for continuous practice.

If you want to sharpen feel, alignment and green-reading skills without visiting a course, this mat reproduces several common on-course challenges in one compact roll-out surface. It pairs non-directional turf and a regulation cup to deliver a consistent roll, while an inclined ramp and intentional hazards add variability so practice sessions mimic real putts. Built to work on any flat floor, the mat is a practical training tool for golfers aiming to improve tempo and accuracy at home, in the office, or in a practice area.

How does the mat recreate on-course putting conditions?

The mat includes a regulation-sized cup set into non-directional artificial turf to imitate a true green speed and roll. A built-in inclined ramp behind the cup encourages a firmer, more decisive stroke, and the integrated bunker and water hazard simulate common obstacles so you can practice different lines and speeds.

• Regulation-sized cup for realistic target practice
• Non-directional turf for consistent ball roll from any angle
• Inclined ramp to develop firmness and follow-through
• Bunker and water hazard features to vary break and speed

What makes the ball return reliable for continuous practice?

The mat uses a unique ball return channel that funnels made and missed putts back to the player so you can rehearse repetitions without retrieving balls. The channel design yields a predictable return path, saving time and keeping focus on stroke repetition and rhythm during practice drills.

• Automatic channel returns balls to a single pickup point
• Saves time by eliminating frequent ball retrieval
• Supports high-repetition drills for muscle memory

How portable and durable is the Hazard Deluxe mat?

The mat rolls up for compact storage and transports easily between rooms or venues. Constructed with synthetic turf and a stable backing, it is intended for indoor use on flat surfaces and withstands repeated practice while maintaining a consistent putting surface.

• Rollable design for easy storage and transport
• Durable synthetic turf resists flattening from regular use
• Works on any level indoor floor—carpet, hardwood, or tile

How can I use the mat to structure an effective practice session?

Set specific drills such as distance control, uphill/downhill simulations using the ramp, and accuracy challenges targeting the cup or negotiating the hazards. Combine focused short sets with high-repetition drills returned by the channel to train both precision and consistency.

• Distance control: practice from varied lengths to build feel
• Hazard challenges: aim through bunker or water-adjacent lines
• Tempo drills: use the ramp to reinforce a firm, consistent stroke
• Repetition sets: 20–50 putts per drill with automatic ball return

Who this is for: golfers of all skill levels who want an accessible way to work on putting fundamentals at home, in a practice studio, or at the office. It’s suited for players seeking realistic green simulation, coaches needing a portable teaching surface, and anyone who values time-efficient, high-repetition training without constant ball retrieval.
