The Jobar North American Healthcare Total Body Exerciser (JB5788) is a lightweight, adjustable pedal exerciser that provides low-impact arm and leg workouts from a chair or sofa. This compact unit combines a seated pedal system with an adjustable handle so you can work both upper and lower body without bulky machines or a gym membership. Finished in black and built on a carbon-steel frame, the device is designed for home use, physical activity maintenance, and gentle cardiovascular movement. It weighs just 7.25 pounds and folds into a small footprint, making it simple to move, store, and use in tight spaces.

How does the Total Body Exerciser let me work arms and legs from one device?

Switch between lower-body and upper-body modes by positioning the unit on the floor for feet or in front of your chair for hands. The adjustable handle height lets you align the pedals comfortably with your wrists, forearms, or feet for repeated cycles of motion.

• Adjustable handle height from 23" to 32" to match seating and arm length
• Pedal loops secure feet or hands during use for stable motion
• Compact 18"L x 20.25"W footprint fits small living spaces

What resistance and durability features does it offer?

Tension is controlled by a knob so you can increase or decrease effort without changing pedals. The steel frame gives a sturdy base, while rubber pedals and non-slip feet protect floors and keep the unit steady during movement.

• Adjustable tension control knob for progressive effort
• Carbon-steel construction for stability and long-term use
• Slip-resistant rubber feet and rubberized pedals to prevent sliding

How easy is it to set up, carry, and store?

At about 7.25 pounds, the Total Body Exerciser is lightweight enough to lift and reposition quickly. Its modest dimensions and simple frame let you slide it under furniture or into a closet when not in use, and no assembly tools are required for everyday use.

• Weighs 7.25 lbs for easy transport between rooms
• No bulky parts — ready to use right out of the box
• Compact size that fits beside chairs, sofas, or under tables

What safety and comfort details are included?

The pedals include loops to help keep feet or hands in place, and the gradual tension control reduces the risk of abrupt resistance changes. Non-slip feet protect floors and provide a steady base so you can focus on consistent motion rather than balance.

• Pedal loops for secure placement of feet or hands
• Non-slip rubberized feet to protect flooring and prevent movement
• Smooth tension adjustments for controlled, gradual increases
