SHOWBEAN Kids Front-Mounted Bike Seat — Detachable Handlebar Child Seat with Padded Saddle for Children 2–5

SHOWBEAN front-mounted kids bike seat secures a child aged 2–5 in front of the rider for safe, comfortable mountain-bike style family rides.

Designed for parents who want to share off-road and trail time with young children, this detachable handlebar-mounted seat fits most adult mountain bikes and supports children up to 48 lbs. The seat combines an aluminum-alloy mounting system, reinforced brackets, rubberized contact points, and a cushioned leather saddle to reduce vibration and protect both bike and child. Quick-release hardware and a simple Allen key (included) make installation and removal straightforward, while adjustable clamps accommodate flat or sloping top tubes. Not recommended for e-bikes, road bikes, or frames with top-tube cables.

How secure is the SHOWBEAN front-mounted child seat while riding?

The seat uses a reinforced aluminum-alloy bracket and strengthened support structure to keep the child stable over rough terrain. Rubber padding prevents metal-to-frame contact, and the design keeps the child within the rider’s line of sight for constant monitoring.

• Reinforced bracket resists flex and distributes weight evenly
• Aluminum-alloy mount for strength without excess weight
• Rubber inner lining protects bike frame and prevents slipping
• Seated position places child close to rider for better supervision

What comfort features help younger children enjoy longer rides?

The padded leather saddle is shaped to cradle small riders while damping vibrations from trails and rough paths. Foot pedals keep legs secure and reduce the chance of toes catching the front wheel, and the seat’s open design allows airflow to keep children comfortable on warm days.

• Soft leather saddle for cushioning and easy cleaning
• Integrated foot pedals to steady little feet
• Open, ventilated seat shape for breathability
• Low center-of-gravity position for natural comfort and balance

How easy is installation and removal for everyday use?

SHOWBEAN built the seat for quick attachment and detachment so you can switch between single and shared rides fast. The package includes an Allen key and clear fitting instructions; only minimal tools are required and the quick-release action simplifies daily use.

• Quick-release clamp for fast mounting and removal
• Included Allen key and step-by-step instructions
• Adjustable to accept flat or sloping top tubes
• No special workshop tools needed for standard installs

Which bikes and children are compatible with this front-mounted seat?

The seat fits most adult mountain bikes with a clear top tube and can be configured for different tube angles. It’s intended for children roughly 2–5 years old and supports a maximum weight of 48 lbs. It is not suitable for e-bikes, road bikes, or frames where cables run along the top tube.

• Compatible with most adult MTBs that have unobstructed top tubes
• Recommended age range: 2–5 years; max weight 48 lbs
• Not compatible with e-bikes, road bikes, or top-tube cable frames
• Adjustable bracket fits both flat and sloping tube geometries
