LalaKoo Soccer Goal Net Replacement Full-Size 24' x 8' — 4mm Braided Nylon, 4.7" Hex Mesh

LalaKoo's full-size 24 x 8 ft soccer goal replacement net is a durable, weather-resistant 4 mm braided nylon hexagonal net designed for club, school, and backyard full-size goals.

This replacement net fits standard 24' wide by 8' high goals and is built to withstand regular training and match play. Constructed from solid braided nylon with a 4.7" hexagonal mesh pattern and reinforced hemmed edges, the net balances strength with ball-cushioning performance. It ships as a single net piece — goal frame not included — and is sized to accommodate 11-a-side play, making it suitable for practices, league matches, and coaching drills.

How robust is the material for repeated shots and outdoor use?

The net uses 4 mm twisted braided nylon and a hexagon mesh that disperses force from high-velocity shots to reduce tearing. Its construction resists UV degradation and moisture so it lasts through sun, rain, and cold. Reinforced hems help maintain shape and attachment points under strain.

• 4 mm thick twisted nylon twine for tear resistance
• 4.7" hexagonal mesh distributes impact across fibers
• Hemmed edge for secure mounting and reduced fraying
• Engineered to tolerate outdoor weather exposure

What are the exact dimensions and fit considerations?

The net measures approximately 24 ft wide × 8 ft high × 3.3 ft top depth × 8.2 ft bottom depth, matching regulation full-size goal geometry. Confirm your goal crossbar width and depth before ordering — this net is designed as a replacement for open-frame goals with similar proportions. The net's flexible cordage allows some adjustment during installation to achieve a snug fit.

• Overall dimensions: 24' W × 8' H × 3.3' top depth × 8.2' bottom depth
• Mesh diameter ~12 cm per hexagon (4.7" approx.)
• Single-piece net — sold without goal frame
• Works with most full-size goal posts that accept tie-in nets

How easy is installation and maintenance?

Installation is straightforward: position the net over the frame and secure it using ties, clips or bungee cords through the hemmed edge. The hemmed perimeter provides consistent tie points and reduces the chance of slippage during games. For maintenance, rinse off mud and let air dry; periodic inspections for frayed areas will extend service life.

• Hemmed edge simplifies attachment to posts and crossbar
• Compatible with standard net clips, ties, or bungee systems
• Low-maintenance: rinse, dry, inspect for wear
• Store indoors in extreme winter to prolong life

Will this net affect how the ball behaves when scoring?

The hexagonal mesh and 4 mm cording provide controlled give so the ball is absorbed cleanly into the pocket rather than rebounding unpredictably. That creates clearer goal confirmations during practice and matches. The mesh density balances visibility and containment without altering shot physics noticeably.

• Mesh design cushions shots for reliable containment
• Open hex pattern preserves sightlines for referees and players
• Consistent rebound characteristics for training consistency
• Maintains shape under repeated impact to avoid odd deflections
