Leann L!fe U5 Smart Weighted Hula Hoop Gray, 16‑Knot Adjustable with Silent Counter for Waist 28"–46"

The Leann L!fe U5-16 is a silent, adjustable weighted hula hoop with a smart counter and soft gravity ball designed for home and outdoor fitness.

This smart weighted hula hoop combines quiet engineering, an easy size-adjust system, and a digital counter to help you track revolutions, elapsed time, and estimated calories. Built from premium ABS with rubberized wheels and a soft rubber gravity ball, the hoop is engineered to roll smoothly around the waist while delivering a gentler, 360° massage-like contact. It ships as a 16-knot set that can be reduced to 12 knots to fit waists from 28" to 46" and includes spare connecting pieces and guidance to prevent skin irritation.

How does the Leann L!fe hoop stay quiet during use?

The hoop minimizes noise by replacing hard metal components with rubberized wheels and a soft rubber gravity ball, which roll smoothly inside the track. Less vibration means a calmer rotation and a more comfortable contact with the waist, suitable for indoor workouts where noise matters.

• rubberized wheel runners reduce clatter and friction
• soft rubber gravity ball absorbs impact for quieter revolutions
• smooth massage heads on each segment reduce vibration
• designed for steady rotation rather than bouncing

What does the smart counter measure and how accurate is it?

The integrated smart counter displays revolutions of the gravity ball, elapsed time, and an estimated calorie burn to help you monitor progress during each session. While the calorie estimate is a helpful guideline for motivation, it should be treated as an approximation rather than a medical measurement.

• counts gravity ball revolutions to track repetitions
• shows workout time for session planning
• provides an estimated calorie readout for quick feedback
• strap included for convenient wear or storage

How do I adjust the hoop size and assemble it quickly?

Assembly uses snap-button segments that click together to reach your desired circumference; press the button, insert the next segment, and release to lock. The 16-knot default can be reduced down to 12 knots so the hoop fits waists from 28" to 46" without tools, and two spare connectors are included for replacements.

• press-button joining system for fast, tool-free assembly
• 16 segments included; remove up to four to downsize
• spare connecting pieces provided in the box
• clear instruction manual explains sizing and use

Will this hoop work for gentle massage and exercise without falling?

The Leann L!fe design blends a weighted gravity ball with massage-head segments to produce continuous contact and abdominal stimulation while remaining secure around the waist. Proper technique—steady rotation and wearing the hoop over clothing or a waist trimmer—keeps the ball rolling and prevents premature drops.

• 360° massage head layout supplies an even contact surface
• weighted ball maintains inward momentum during use
• recommendation: wear over clothing to avoid skin irritation
• guidance included to keep rotation speed uniform for best results

Who is this for: The Leann L!fe U5-16 is aimed at adults seeking a quiet, adjustable hoop for home or outdoor cardio and core sessions. It suits beginners who want a forgiving contact surface and simple assembly, plus more experienced users who want a tracked workout with a smart counter.
