LIQING Foldable Front Bike Basket for Women & Men — XX-Large Metal Quick-Release with Waterproof Removable Liner, 44 lb Capacity

The LIQING Foldable Front Bike Basket is a heavy‑duty, quick‑release metal front basket with a removable waterproof liner that carries up to 44 lb while folding flat for storage.

This front basket pairs durable metal construction with a practical removable PU liner so you can haul groceries, a small pet, deliveries, or daily essentials on electric bikes and standard bicycles. Built with rust-resistant coating and a tool-free quick release, it’s engineered for riders who want a dependable, easy-to-remove basket for commuting, errands, or pet transport.

How durable is this basket for everyday riding?

The basket uses reinforced metal wire and an anti-corrosion finish to resist bending and weather exposure, so it stays serviceable through routine use. Its frame supports substantial loads without deforming, making it suitable for heavier cargo than typical fabric carriers.

• Heavy-gauge metal wire frame with rust-resistant coating
• Rated to carry up to 44 lb (20 kg)
• Rigid construction keeps shape under repeated loading

Can I protect items from rain and keep small things secure?

The included PU liner bag is water-resistant and removable, offering rain protection for deliveries and groceries. It also secures small items that would otherwise slip through the wire mesh, and detaches quickly for carrying or cleaning.

• Waterproof PU liner doubles as a protective cover
• Removable for off-bike carrying or washing
• Closes or contains smaller items so they don’t fall out

How easy is installation and removal on my e‑bike or bicycle?

Installation is designed to be tool‑free and fast: the quick‑release system allows you to mount or remove the basket in under a minute. The foldable design also lets you collapse the basket flat when not in use, saving storage space at home or on a cargo rack.

• Quick release hardware for tool-less attachment and detachment
• Folds flat for compact storage when not mounted
• Compatibility with most front rack mounts and handlebar attachments

Is this safe for carrying a pet or heavy groceries?

The interior space and sturdy frame make it suitable for small pets or full grocery loads, but riders should secure pets and observe weight limits. Maintain at least 16 inches of clearance from the tire to prevent interference and ensure stable handling when the basket is loaded.

• Interior dimensions: 13 × 7.8 × 8.6 inches—ample for small dogs or bags
• Maximum load capacity: 44 lb; do not exceed recommended weight
• Leave recommended clearance (≈16 inches) from tire for safety

Who is this for? The LIQING foldable front basket is aimed at daily commuters, e‑bike riders, delivery couriers, and pet owners who need a robust, removable carrying solution. If you want a rust-resistant metal basket with a weatherproof liner that installs in seconds and folds away when not needed, this model offers a practical balance of strength, convenience, and protection for everyday cycling tasks.
