LTSEAME Heavy-Duty Wall-Mount Punching Bag Hanger Length Adjustable, 800 lb Capacity, 360-degree Swivel

The LTSEAME Heavy Duty Punching Bag Hanger is a wall-mounted, length-adjustable steel bracket built to securely hold heavy bags and allow smooth 360° rotation for boxing, MMA, and martial arts training.

This heavy-duty bracket converts a wall into a reliable training anchor without taking up floor space. Made from thick steel and engineered to accept both concrete and stud-wall installations, the LTSEAME hanger is designed for home gyms, garage setups, and commercial spaces. Its adjustable arm lets you fine-tune bag placement while a swivel mechanism ensures natural bag movement during striking drills.

How much weight can this hanger safely support?

The LTSEAME bracket is rated to carry very heavy loads so you can use full-size striking bags without concern. The welded steel frame and reinforced mounting plate distribute forces across multiple fasteners to keep the installation stable under impact.

• Maximum support up to 800 pounds for heavy and filled bags.
• Six mounting holes on the wall plate spread load across anchors or studs.
• Includes six wood screws and six anchor bolts for secure fixing.

How do I adjust the hanger length to fit my space and bag?

The arm extends smoothly so you can set the bag distance that suits your training area. A spring-knob locking system makes length changes fast and straightforward without tools.

• Length adjustable from 17.5 inches to 26.3 inches across six distinct positions.
• Spring knob locks in place when it aligns with the adjustment hole for secure use.
• Quick adjustments let you tuck the bag closer to the wall or move it further out for full swing.

Will this hanger work on my wall type—concrete, brick, or wooden studs?

The LTSEAME hanger is designed for multiple common wall types and ships with hardware to fit different installations. For best results use correct anchors for masonry or mount into studs when installing on drywall or wood-framed walls.

• Compatible with concrete, brick, and stud-framed walls when proper anchors are used.
• Comes with anchor bolts for masonry and wood screws for stud mounting.
• Large mounting plate with six holes improves stability and reduces wobble under impact.

How does the swivel work and why does it matter for training?

A 360-degree swivel allows the bag to rotate naturally, which preserves bag longevity and enhances training realism. The smooth rotation reduces torque stress on the mount and lets you work hooking, spinning, and combination drills with fewer interruptions.

• Full rotation capability for realistic bag movement and improved strike feedback.
• Swivel isolates rotational forces from the wall plate, protecting the installation.
• Ideal for boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and cardio-strike workouts that demand motion.
