Lukasports road bike tire kit 700x28c, foldable pair with tubes and repair tools for fast rolling

Lukasports 700x28c Tire Kit is a complete, foldable road-bike replacement set that includes two 700x28c tires, two Presta inner tubes, tire liners, levers and a repair tool for fast roadside fixes.

This all-in-one Lukasports package is engineered for riders who want a lightweight, fast-rolling tire that also stands up to everyday urban and light off-road use. The tires sport a slim 28mm profile for lower rolling resistance, wave-patterned shoulder grooves for added traction, and a foldable construction that makes them easy to carry in a saddlebag or backpack. The kit also contains the most common repair accessories so you can swap a flat and keep riding without searching for parts.

How does the Lukasports 700x28c kit make roadside repairs simpler?

The kit bundles everything needed for a quick roadside replacement: two inner tubes pre-fitted with 48mm Presta valves, two tire levers, tire liners and a compact repair tool. Carrying the whole set means you can change a tire and patch a tube without improvising or waiting for help.

• Includes two 700x28c inner tubes with 48mm Presta (FV) valves for easy inflation.
• Two sturdy tire levers reduce rim damage during removal and installation.
• Tire liners add puncture-resistance between tire and tube.
• Compact repair tool handles common roadside fixes quickly.

Will these tires improve speed and rolling efficiency on paved roads?

The slim 28mm profile is designed to reduce rolling resistance and improve acceleration compared with wider touring tires. Recommended inflation is in the higher PSI range, which helps maintain fast-rolling performance on smooth surfaces while still offering predictable handling.

• Ultra-thin 700x28c profile lowers rolling resistance for quicker acceleration.
• Recommended inflation: 85–95 PSI (approx. 6.0–7.7 BAR) for optimal speed.
• Balances speed with stability for city commutes and weekend group rides.

How well do the tires handle different surfaces like city streets and light trails?

These Lukasports tires are built to perform across a variety of surfaces, from smooth urban asphalt to country lanes with light mud or grit. The shoulder grooves are engineered to help channel debris and improve cornering traction so you feel stable when conditions change.

• Wave-patterned shoulder grooves enhance grip in turns and variable surfaces.
• High-density rubber compound resists wear on pavement and packed dirt.
• Good compromise between slick road speed and confident bite on rougher roads.

Are these tires easy to transport and store when not in use?

The foldable construction and nylon-reinforced carcass let the tires pack small for storage or travel. New folding tires may show creases from packaging; these typically relax after 24–48 hours of inflation and do not indicate a defect.

• Foldable design folds down for saddlebag or backpack transport.
• Durable nylon and high-density rubber resist tearing and abrasion.
• Temporary fold marks disappear after proper inflation within 1–2 days.

Who is this for: The Lukasports 700x28c kit suits commuters, fitness riders and weekend explorers who want a fast, lightweight tire that still tolerates varied urban and country surfaces. It’s ideal for cyclists who prefer to carry a compact spare and repair kit, road riders wanting a balance of speed and durability, and anyone replacing standard 700x28c (ETRTO 28-622) tires and tubes on city or light-trail bikes.
