Maddog Cronus Tactical Paintball Marker .68 Caliber, Tan HPA Package — 10" Ported Barrel & 48ci 3000psi Tank

The Maddog Cronus Tactical Paintball Marker .68 Caliber HPA Package is a complete, field-ready starter kit that pairs a semi-auto tactical marker with HPA tank, mask, hopper, and basic maintenance accessories.

This package puts together the core gear you need to start playing recreational or scenario paintball right away. The Cronus marker features a lightweight composite body, A5 barrel threads for upgrades, and a 10-inch ported barrel; the kit adds a 48 ci 3000 psi refillable HPA tank, a 200-round hopper, an anti-fog full-face mask, and cleaning tools. Paintballs are sold separately, and the aluminum tank ships empty for safe transport and later filling at an authorized air station.

How does the Cronus marker perform on general recreational fields?

The Cronus is built for entry-level to intermediate players seeking a reliable semi-auto experience. Its in-line bolt design and molded rubber grips provide consistent shots and comfortable handling during extended play. The 10-inch ported barrel helps reduce noise and improves shot stability on short to medium ranges.

• Semi-automatic .68 caliber action for standard recreational play
• 10-inch ported barrel for quieter shots and better grouping
• A5 threaded barrel to accept aftermarket upgrades
• Front and rear sights plus vertical grip for improved handling

What air system is included and how long does a fill last?

The kit includes a 48 ci aluminum HPA tank rated at 3000 psi that must be filled before use. Depending on shot frequency and marker tuning, one full tank typically provides roughly 450 to 800 shots. The tank ships empty for safety, and brand or color can vary between orders.

• 48 ci capacity, 3000 psi aluminum compressed air tank
• Approximately 450–800 shots per fill depending on use
• Tank ships empty — fill at certified refill stations
• Removable tank for easy transport and maintenance

What safety and support items come with the package?

The set is designed to be field-ready with protective and maintenance essentials included. A single-pane anti-fog full-face mask offers hard-plastic facial protection and an adjustable strap for a secure fit. The 200-round hopper and barrel squeegee let you play longer and maintain bore cleanliness between matches.

• Safety-certified single-pane anti-fog mask for full-face protection
• 200-round gravity-fed hopper for extended play sessions
• Barrel squeegee and air tank included for basic upkeep
• Note: Paintballs not included and must be purchased separately

Who is this for: The Maddog Cronus Tactical .68 Cal HPA Package is ideal for new players building a reliable first rig, weekend recreational players upgrading from rental gear, or scenario participants wanting a tactical-style marker without buying parts separately. It balances affordability, upgrade paths (A5 barrel threads), and essential safety and air components so you can focus on learning game tactics and enjoying time on the field. If you need higher-end electronics, advanced internals, or compressed-air refills included, consider optional upgrades or local fill services.
