Marinebaby Boat Telescopic 4-Step Ladder, Stainless Steel — Extends to 45.5", Collapses to 15.5", 600 lb Capacity

Marinebaby's Heavy Duty Boat Telescopic 4 Step Ladder is a stainless-steel, foldable swim platform ladder that extends to 45.5", collapses to 15.5", and supports up to 600 lb for safe boarding from the water.

This compact telescoping ladder is engineered for saltwater conditions and everyday use aboard boats and yachts. Built from corrosion-resistant stainless steel with wide 1.5" treads and textured non-slip pads, it gives confident footing when climbing from a swim platform. The ladder's four-step design, dual handrails and standardized mounting spacing make it an easy retrofit or replacement for many vessels.

How durable is this ladder for marine use?

The ladder uses marine-grade stainless steel and corrosion-resistant components designed to withstand wet, salty environments without compromising strength. Repeated boarding and storage cycles are part of its design life, so it keeps its rigidity over time.

• Marine-grade stainless-steel frame resists rust and pitting
• Secure welded joints and reinforced attachment points
• Standard 10" hole-to-hole mounting spacing for strong installation
• Rated to carry up to 600 pounds under normal use

How safe and comfortable is climbing this 4-step ladder?

Each of the four steps measures 1.5" wide and features textured black plastic non-slip pads for reliable traction when wet. The ladder includes two grab handrails to offer multiple handholds while boarding, helping users feel stable during ascent and descent.

• Wide 1.5" treads for stable foot placement
• Textured non-slip step pads to reduce slipping
• Dual handrails provide additional points of contact
• Even step spacing for a natural, comfortable climb

How does the telescoping and storage feature work?

The ladder collapses smoothly into a compact 15.5" length for locker storage and extends quickly to a 45.5" usable height. Its telescopic design saves deck space and makes it simple to stow or deploy without tools.

• Folds down to 15.5" for tight storage spaces
• Extends to 45.5" for comfortable deck access
• Lightweight enough to carry for repositioning or stowing
• Quick setup and collapse—perfect for daily use

What installation and compatibility details should I know?

The ladder uses mounting holes spaced 10 inches apart (hole-to-hole), matching many standard swim platform mounts. Its compact footprint and universal design make it suitable for a wide range of boats and small yachts.

• 10" hole-to-hole spacing for standard-fit mounting
• Mounting hardware compatibility with most platforms and brackets
• Designed for retrofit or new installations on swim platforms
• Works well on powerboats, cruisers, and small yachts

Who this is for: This ladder is aimed at boat owners, captains and deckhands who need a rugged, space-saving boarding solution built for saltwater conditions. It’s ideal for recreational boaters who want a reliable, easy-to-store ladder with wide treads and a high load rating, plus anyone replacing or upgrading a swim platform ladder to a stronger stainless-steel option.
