Meister Elastic Cloth Forearm Guards, Black, Size Small-Medium, Integrated Gel Padding and Adjustable Strap

These Meister forearm guards combine flexible impact gel with a pull-on elastic sleeve and an adjustable hook-and-loop elbow strap to protect wrists and forearms during sparring, pad work, and partner drills. Built to stay put through dynamic movement, they slide on quickly so you can change positions without swapping gear. The padding molds to your forearm over time for a personalized fit while remaining resilient against repeated strikes.

How do these guards stay in place during intense training?

The guards use a two-part retention system: a strong elastic cuff around the wrist and an adjustable hook-and-loop strap at the top that locks the sleeve near the elbow. Together they prevent slippage when you punch, block, or check leg strikes. The pull-on design also creates a snug baseline fit.

• Elastic wrist cuff for constant tension and comfort
• Top hook-and-loop strap secures the pad at the elbow
• Quick slide-on construction for rapid gear changes

What level of impact protection does the integrated gel provide?

Impact gel is embedded in the padding to absorb and disperse force from strikes while keeping the guard flexible. It reduces sharp impact sensations compared with simple foam-only pads and retains shape to match your forearm contours over repeated use. This makes them suitable for contact drills where repeated force is expected.

• Integrated gel layer cushions blows during sparring
• Padding conforms to your forearm for consistent coverage
• Durable construction preserves protective properties workout after workout

Can I wear these with gloves or other protective gear?

Yes — the slim, ergonomic profile allows the guards to be used alongside training gloves so you can transition between roles without changing equipment. They’re designed to accommodate typical glove sizes and to not impede wrist movement. That versatility is useful for mixed-discipline sessions like MMA, karate, or pad circuits.

• Compatible with most boxing and MMA gloves
• Low-bulk design avoids restricting wrist rotation
• Sold as a pair so both forearms are protected

How should I care for and size these forearm guards?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; air dry away from direct heat to preserve elastic and gel properties. The S/M size fits smaller to medium forearms comfortably thanks to the stretch cuff and adjustable strap. Regular inspection of straps and seams will extend useful life.

• Spot clean only, air dry—do not machine wash
• S/M sizing with stretch for a snug fit
• Check hook-and-loop and elastic regularly for wear
