Honeydak Military Canteen Cookware Set — 1 qt Aluminum Canteen with 0.5 qt Cup, Green Canvas Cover and Heat‑Safe Cookware

Honeydak's Military Canteen Cookware Set is a compact aluminum canteen, cup, and canvas cover designed for carrying, boiling, and serving water and simple meals during outdoor trips.

This three-piece kit pairs a 1 qt aluminum canteen with a 0.5 qt cup and a rugged green canvas cover so you can carry liquid, heat it over a fire, and store the set on your pack without bulk. Built from lightweight aluminum alloy with a thickened interior and a sealed bottle cap, the set balances portability, durability, and basic field cooking capability for camping, hiking, or emergency preparedness.

How does the canteen handle boiling and cooking?

The canteen and cup are made from aluminum alloy that tolerates direct heat so you can boil water and warm simple meals over a campfire or stove. Remove the cap and chain before heating and use the folding handle on the cup for safe handling.

• Aluminum alloy body resists warping under moderate campfire heat.
• Thickened interior improves heat distribution for faster boiling.
• Detachable cap and chain must be removed prior to heating to avoid damage.
• Folding grab on the cup allows secure hold while pouring or eating.

What comes in the set and what are the exact sizes?

The package includes one 1-quart military-style canteen, one 0.5-quart drinking/cooking cup, and a green canvas cover with snap closures and a back clip. Dimensions are compact to keep pack weight low while still holding enough liquid for short outings.

• 1 x 1 qt aluminum alloy canteen — approx. 13.2 x 9.3 x 7.8 cm.
• 1 x 0.5 qt cup — approx. 12.9 x 7.8 x 17.78 cm.
• 1 x green canvas cover with quick-release snaps and back clip for attachment.

Will the canteen leak and how easy is it to carry?

The canteen is fitted with a quality seal ring to minimize leaks during transport, and the canvas cover adds protection plus a clip to secure the kit to a belt or backpack. Its light aluminum construction keeps overall weight low for day hikes or multi-day trips.

• Seal ring prevents most accidental leaks when screwed closed properly.
• Canvas cover cushions the bottle and reduces wear from rubbing in a pack.
• Back clip and snap closures let you attach the kit externally for quick access.
• Compact dimensions fit many standard field packs without occupying much space.

How durable is the canvas cover and hardware for extended use?

The cover is crafted from army-green canvas with reinforced snaps and a quick-release buckle to keep the canteen secure and insulated briefly. The materials are intended for repeated outdoor use, resisting common abrasions and fastening securely under field conditions.

• Canvas outer layer reduces friction and protects the bottle surface.
• Snaps and buckle designed for frequent opening and secure closure.
• Back clip made to withstand attachment to straps and webbing.
• Army-green finish conceals wear and blends with outdoor gear.
