besttruck MKA-44 Telescopic Tiller Extension 24"–40" Adjustable Reach, Corrosion-Resistant Grip

The besttruck MKA-44 is a heavy-duty telescoping tiller extension that adjusts from 24 inches to 40 inches to give anglers a comfortable, corrosion-resistant reach for hand-steer motors.

This adjustable tiller extension is designed to work with Minn Kota hand-steer motors — including Endura, Endura C2, Endura Max, Traxxis and Riptide Transom — and fits many other outboard and trolling motor tillers because of its universal mounting. Built for both freshwater and saltwater outings, the MKA-44 combines a simple twist-lock adjustment, an ergonomic grip and a robust universal joint so you can steer confidently from different positions on the boat.

How does the telescoping range improve handling on different boats?

The telescoping mechanism gives you a wide adjustment range so one handle covers multiple boat layouts and seating positions. It retracts to 24 inches for tight spaces and extends to 40 inches when you need extra reach or stand-up steering.

• Adjusts from 24" to 40" to fit diverse boat consoles and cockpit layouts.
• Twist-lock clamp secures the chosen length quickly while underway.
• Compact when stowed to avoid clutter and snagging.

Will it fit my Minn Kota or other motor brands?

The MKA-44 was engineered around common Minn Kota hand-steer configurations, but its universal joint and mounting geometry also suit many other tiller-style outboards and trolling motors. Confirm the tiller diameter and mounting interface on your motor to ensure compatibility.

• Made to fit popular Minn Kota transom-mount series and many aftermarket tillers.
• Universal joint allows straightforward attachment and responsive steering.
• Simple compatibility check: match tiller diameter and mounting style.

What materials and features make it reliable on the water?

The MKA-44 uses corrosion-resistant components and a sturdy universal joint to endure repeated use in marine environments. The ergonomic grip and straightforward twist-lock make operation easy during long trips.

• Corrosion-resistant construction for freshwater and saltwater use.
• Ergonomic rubberized grip reduces hand fatigue during long steering sessions.
• Durable universal joint for responsive control and long life.

How easy is it to adjust while underway?

Adjusting length is intuitive: twist to unlock, slide to the preferred length, then twist to lock. The mechanism is designed for quick adjustments so you can change reach without stopping or fumbling with tools.

• Simple twist-lock action for fast extension or retraction.
• Positive lock prevents slippage during steering maneuvers.
• No tools required for adjustments or normal installation.

Who is this for: anglers, guides and boat owners who need a versatile tiller extension that adapts to different boats and steering positions will appreciate the MKA-44. It’s ideal if you use Minn Kota hand-steer motors or similar tiller-style motors and want a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-adjust handle with a comfortable grip.
