MOOCY Neoprene Pocket Scuba Weight Belt, Orange, 4 Zippered Pockets, Stainless Quick-Release Buckle, Fits 32" to 52"

MOOCY 4 Neoprene Pocket Scuba Weight Belt is an adjustable, quick-release diving belt with four zippered neoprene pockets that hold up to 6 lbs (2.72 kg) each for secure, low-profile weighting.

This dive weight belt combines smooth-skin neoprene for abrasion resistance, heavy-duty 50mm webbing for strength, and a stainless steel quick-release buckle for fast egress in an emergency. It fits waists from 32" to 52" (overall 57" length, pocket length 32") and can accept both hard or soft lead weights (weights not included). The bright orange color improves visibility and the soft neoprene construction reduces chafing compared with bare webbing belts.

How much weight can each pocket hold and what type of weights work?

Each of the four pockets is built to accommodate up to 6 lbs (2.72 kg), so the belt can carry substantial ballast in a distributed layout. Pockets accept both hard molded weights and soft lead shot packs, giving you flexibility for travel and fine-tuning trim.

• Capacity: 6 lbs / 2.72 kg per pocket
• Accepts: hard lead or soft lead weights
• Weight items: sold separately to customize total ballast

Is the belt comfortable and durable for repeated dives?

The smooth-skin neoprene resists water absorption and abrasion, which reduces wear and prevents the belt from digging into your waist. Reinforced 50mm webbing and sturdy stitching provide long-term strength while the neoprene foam adds cushioning for extended surface and underwater comfort.

• Material: smooth-skin neoprene for abrasion resistance
• Support: heavy-duty 50mm webbing for load-bearing security
• Comfort: neoprene padding reduces chafing and pressure points

How quickly does the quick-release buckle work in an emergency?

The stainless steel quick-release buckle is engineered for a positive, instinctive release under stress, allowing you to drop the belt immediately if needed. Corrosion-resistant metal and a simple mechanism make it reliable in saltwater conditions when properly rinsed and maintained.

• Buckle: stainless steel quick-release for fast emergency removal
• Operation: intuitive pull-release action even with gloves
• Care: rinse after saltwater use to extend lifespan

What sizes does the MOOCY weight belt fit and how adjustable is it?

The belt is designed for a broad range of divers: pocket section measures 32 inches and the overall belt extends to 57 inches, accommodating waist sizes from approximately 32" to 52" depending on how weights and trim are arranged. The adjustable webbing lets you fine-tune fit over exposure suits or swimsuits.

• Pocket length: 32 inches for concentrated weight placement
• Overall length: 57 inches to fit up to 52" waists
• Adjustment: heavy-duty 50mm webbing for secure tightening
