MOSISO Bike Panniers 18L Waterproof Rear Rack Bags, Orange, 2-Pack with Roll-Top and Reflective Strips

MOSISO 18L Bike Panniers 2 Pack are waterproof, large-capacity rear-rack bags that attach securely to most bicycles and convert to a shoulder-carry satchel with reflective detailing for safer night rides.

These MOSISO panniers are built for commuters, touring cyclists and everyday riders who need weather protection, organized storage and easy on/off versatility. Each pannier holds up to 18 liters, closes with a roll-top style to help keep moisture out, and uses durable PVC for quick cleaning. Thoughtful features—like adjustable buckles for rack mounting, a removable shoulder strap, and reflective strips—make these bags adaptable across different bikes and conditions without adding complicated hardware.

How much gear will fit inside one MOSISO 18L pannier?

Each pannier offers an 18-liter main compartment sized to carry essentials for daily use or short trips. The rectangular layout and top closure let you pack bulkier items while keeping them compact against the rack.

• Dimensions: 16.14 x 12.99 x 6.69 inches (L x W x H).
• Fits clothes, water bottle, small pump, tools, maps and snacks.
• 18L capacity per bag; two bags provide 36L total when paired.

Will these panniers keep my belongings dry in rain or splashes?

The panniers use waterproof PVC fabric and a roll-top-style closure that reduces direct water entry. The material and design keep out rain, splashes, mud and road spray for everyday commuting and light touring.

• PVC exterior wipes clean and resists soaking.
• Top crimp/roll closure prevents direct water contact at the opening.
• Seams and fastenings are designed to limit water ingress in wet conditions.

How do these panniers attach to my bike and stay secure?

Each pannier mounts to a rear rack using three adjustable buckles on the back panel and a sliding bottom fixture to stabilize position. The hardware lets you tighten the bag close to the rack, reducing sway and keeping weight centered over the wheel.

• Three back-mounted adjustable buckles for secure fastening.
• Bottom fixture slides side-to-side to match your rack width.
• Low-profile mounting avoids interference with spokes or brakes when fitted correctly.

Can I carry the pannier off the bike and is it comfortable?

Yes — each pannier converts to a shoulder-carry satchel with an adjustable strap and also includes a top handle for short carries. The strap adjusts from about 31.5 to 56.3 inches, so you can wear it across the body or drop it over one shoulder.

• Removable/adjustable shoulder strap for off-bike use.
• Top handle for quick grabs and door-to-desk transitions.
• Lightweight construction keeps carry comfortable when loaded.

Who is this for? If you ride a bike to work, school, errands or for short tours and want a practical, weather-resistant carrying solution, the MOSISO 18L pannier 2-pack is designed for you. It suits riders who need straightforward mounting, easy cleaning after muddy or rainy rides, reflective elements for nighttime visibility, and the flexibility to carry bags off the bike without extra adapters. These panniers are ideal for commuters, casual weekend riders and anyone upgrading from a basic trunk bag to a dedicated rear-rack storage system.
