Motionchic Water Aerobics Set Pink — EVA Foam Dumbbells, Ankle Cuffs & Gloves

Motionchic Water Aerobics Set is a complete pink aquatic workout kit with two EVA foam dumbbells, two ankle/arm cuffs, and swim gloves designed for low‑impact resistance training in the pool.

This Motionchic kit assembles core aquatic resistance tools in one compact package so you can add strength, range-of-motion and cardio elements to pool sessions without bulky equipment. Made from durable EVA foam and sized for adult use, the set supports water aerobics, rehabilitation-style exercises and general pool fitness. The components are lightweight, quick to dry and easy to store, making them practical for home pools, fitness centers and swim classes.

How does the Motionchic set change a regular pool session?

By introducing controlled resistance and increased surface area, the dumbbells and gloves make movements in water more challenging and effective without adding joint strain. The cuffs can be used on ankles or wrists to vary intensity and target specific muscle groups.

• Two EVA foam water dumbbells for pushing and pulling against water resistance.
• Pair of gloves to increase drag and strengthen upper-body strokes.
• Cuffs for ankle or wrist use to emphasize leg lifts or arm extensions.
• Lightweight design preserves buoyancy while adding measurable resistance.

What exactly comes in this Motionchic package and what are the sizes?

The set includes the main resistance tools you need for varied aquatic routines, with dimensions provided so you can check fit for your pool and body size. Components are sized for adult use and meant to be easy to handle in water.

• 2 water dumbbells — approximately 10.6 x 6 inches (26.92 x 15.24 cm).
• 2 swimming aquatic cuffs — approximately 3.95 x 1.66 inches (10.03 x 4.22 cm).
• 1 pair of swimming gloves — approximately 7.68 x 8.66 inches (19.5 x 22 cm).
• Constructed from durable EVA foam in a pink finish; lightweight and quick-drying.

How can I use each piece for specific goals like strength, cardio, or rehab?

The set is versatile: use dumbbells and gloves for upper-body and core work, and the cuffs to isolate legs or add extra resistance during movement. Progress by increasing repetitions, range of motion, or using pieces in combination.

• Strength: press and row motions with dumbbells and gloves to load shoulders, back and chest.
• Cardio: perform continuous arm cycles or fast marching with gloves for elevated heart rate.
• Rehab/low-impact: use cuffs for controlled leg lifts and gentle aquatic mobility exercises.
• Combo routines: pair gloves with cuffs for full‑body resistance circuits in shallow or deep water.

What care and safety notes should I follow for long life and safe use?

Routine rinsing and air drying after use keeps EVA foam in good condition; store out of direct sunlight to reduce color fade. Follow safe exercise practices—use equipment under supervision if recovering from injury and avoid use during pregnancy without professional advice.

• Rinse in fresh water after pool or chlorinated water exposure; air dry fully before storage.
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure to limit material deterioration or color change.
• Check fit and secure placement of cuffs and gloves before each session.
• Sizes are approximate; allow slight measurement variance from manual sizing.
