Nite Ize SpokeLit Rechargeable LED Spoke Light for Bike Wheels — Disc-O Select Colors, 6‑Hour Runtime

The Nite Ize SpokeLit Wheel Light is a rechargeable LED spoke light that clips into cross-pattern bicycle wheels to add bright side visibility and an eye-catching ring of color.

If you ride at dawn, dusk, or after dark, adding a wheel-mounted LED like the SpokeLit increases how easily drivers and other cyclists see you from the side while also giving your bike a colorful, low-profile accent. The SpokeLit installs quickly on most three-spoke cross-pattern wheels, runs for about six hours per charge, and offers Disc-O Select color modes so you can pick a single hue or let it cycle through multiple colors.

How does the SpokeLit improve on-road visibility?

The SpokeLit creates a bright ring of light around your wheel that makes lateral movement and position clearer to others. Compared with small reflectors, a powered LED is visible from greater distances and during motion, which helps with early detection at intersections and on multi-lane roads.

• 360° ring effect from LEDs mounted into the wheel spokes
• Distinct side illumination complements front and rear lights
• Color and flashing modes attract attention without blinding

Will it fit my bike’s wheel and how easy is installation?

The SpokeLit is designed to press and slide into common three-spoke cross-pattern wheels, so no tools are required for most installs. It holds firmly in place but can be removed for charging or when transporting the bike.

• Compatible with many cross-pattern spoke wheels regardless of wheel size
• Tool-free press-and-slide attachment for fast mounting
• Low-profile housing sits tight to the spoke for minimal drag

What are the power, runtime, and charging details?

The SpokeLit runs on a built-in rechargeable battery that provides approximately six hours of use and replenishes in about 1.5 hours via a micro USB cable (cable not included). Runtime varies with selected color and mode; steady single-color settings use less power than multi-color or rapid-flash modes.

• About 6 hours typical runtime on a full charge
• 1.5-hour recharge time using micro USB (cable not included)
• Disc-O Select modes let you choose single color or cycling effects

How durable and practical is the SpokeLit for everyday riding?

Built for regular cycling use, the SpokeLit combines a sturdy housing with bright LEDs and weather-resistant construction suitable for typical urban and recreational riding. It’s lightweight and unobtrusive, so it won’t noticeably change handling or add bulk to storage.

• Compact, lightweight design reduces interference with wheel balance
• Sturdy mount resists vibrations and stays secure on rough roads
• Weather-tolerant construction for all-season commuting and leisure rides

Who this is for: The Nite Ize SpokeLit is a practical upgrade for commuters, night-time recreational riders, parents supervising children on evening rides, and anyone who wants greater lateral visibility without modifying tires or spokes. It’s ideal for riders with three-spoke cross-pattern wheels who want a quick, rechargeable, and colorful way to be seen from the side.
