Nukugula Waterproof Golf Cart Cover, Gray, 4 Passenger (112'' L × 48'' W × 68'' H), 800D heavy-duty UPF50+

Nukugula's 800D Waterproof Golf Cart Cover for 4 passengers is a heavy-duty, fully waterproof and UV-resistant protective cover designed to keep your golf cart dry, shaded, and secure in all weather.

Built from a five-layer 800D solution-dyed polyester, this cover trades the thin, short-lived feel of conventional 420D covers for a rugged, long-lasting shield. It combines reinforced fabric strength, double PU coatings, taped seams, and waterproof zippers with a wind-tight fastening system and ventilation to protect your cart from rain, sun, dust, and gusts while preventing moisture buildup and color fading.

How does the Nukugula cover block rain and moisture?

The cover uses dual polyurethane coatings plus waterproof-stitched seams and specialized waterproof zippers to create a tightly sealed barrier. With a 12,000Pa water pressure rating, it’s engineered to resist heavy downpours and keep seats and electronics dry without needing constant readjustment.

• Double PU coating on both fabric faces for superior water repellency.
• Taped and reinforced seams prevent leak paths.
• Waterproof zippers let you reach interior items without taking the whole cover off.
• 12,000Pa rating offers industrial-strength water resistance.

Will this cover survive sun exposure and fading?

Yes—the fabric is solution-dyed before weaving and treated with a UPF50+ anti-UV layer, so color stays stable and material remains flexible over time. That combination reduces cracking, discoloration, and brittleness from prolonged sun exposure.

• Solution-dyed polyester resists fading and color run.
• UPF50+ coating shields the material from UV degradation.
• Thicker 800D weave holds up better than common 420D alternatives.

How secure is the cover in wind and at night?

The design focuses on a snug fit and wind resistance using a widened elastic hem and multiple adjustable straps that cross under and around the cart. For added safety and visibility, reflective strips and reinforced fasteners keep the cover in place through gusts and make your parked cart easier to spot in low light.

• Crisscross front/rear/side straps prevent lift from strong winds.
• Zipper bottoms secured with hook-and-loop for extra stability.
• Widened elastic hem fits EZ GO, Club Car, Yamaha and many other brands.
• Eight reflective strips increase nighttime visibility.

How easy is it to install, store, and keep ventilated?

Installation is straightforward with labeled front placement, a clear manual, and a design that slips on and fastens quickly. The cover includes four vents that allow air circulation to reduce trapped moisture, plus a compact storage bag for tidy transport when not in use.

• Clear "FRONT" label speeds correct placement.
• Four vents prevent inflation and moisture buildup.
• Includes storage bag for compact stowage between uses.
• Detailed manual guides hassle-free setup and removal.

Who this is for: The Nukugula 800D 4-passenger cover is aimed at golf cart owners who want a durable, weatherproof solution that outlasts thin covers—ideal for community courses, backyard golfers, rental fleets, and anyone who parks their cart outdoors and needs reliable protection from rain, sun, dust, and wind. Check your cart dimensions and brand compatibility (EZ GO, Club Car, Yamaha and most others) before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
