Oakley Flight Deck ski goggles, Matte Black frame Prizm Black Iridium lens, Large fit, rimless wide-view with Prizm contrast

Oakley Flight Deck OO7050-01 are rimless ski goggles engineered to maximize your field of view while improving contrast and durability on the mountain.

Borrowing design cues from fighter-jet visors, the Flight Deck combines a wide, rimless lens with Oakley’s Prizm color-optimized optics and ANSI Z87.1 impact resistance. The result is a low-profile goggle that reduces frame obstruction, pairs easily with helmets, and helps you read terrain and obstacles more quickly in a variety of light conditions.

How does the Flight Deck improve visibility on the slopes?

The oversized, rimless lens expands peripheral and downward sightlines so you can react faster to changing terrain. Oakley’s Prizm Black Iridium lens fine-tunes color and contrast to make surface texture and contours more apparent without extreme tinting.

• Large cylindrical/toric-style lens for broad, uninterrupted sightlines
• Prizm technology enhances contrast for quicker terrain reading
• Black Iridium coating moderates brightness while preserving color accuracy
• Wide downward view helps detect dips and obstacles earlier

Will these goggles work with my helmet and stay comfortable all day?

The rimless Flight Deck is designed for broad helmet compatibility, including Oakley MOD5 and MOD3 systems, and a low-profile frame that reduces bulk. Triple-layer face foam cushions the interface for a secure, comfortable fit during long days on the mountain.

• Rimless shape improves fit with many helmet shells
• Minimized frame mass reduces pressure points around the face
• Soft, multi-layer foam provides sweat management and comfort
• Adjustable silicone-backed strap helps keep goggles in place

How durable and protective are these goggles?

Built with Oakley’s manufacturing standards, the Flight Deck meets ANSI Z87.1 for impact resistance and uses robust lens materials to resist cracking and scratches. The construction balances lightweight feel with protection suitable for recreational and aggressive riding.

• ANSI Z87.1 impact standard compliant for eyewear
• Sturdy lens materials resist impact and minor abrasions
• Anti-fog treatments reduce condensation during high exertion
• Interchangeable lens system allows quick swaps for light changes

What practical lens and fit features should I expect?

The Flight Deck's interchangeable lens system lets you adapt to shifting light by swapping lenses quickly. The shield-style frame flatters many face shapes and provides consistent coverage across oval, heart, square, and round faces.

• Interchangeable lens mechanism for fast lens changes on the hill
• Not polarized—optimized for contrast and terrain definition
• Shield frame complements multiple face shapes for balanced fit
• Matte black finish pairs with varied helmet and jacket styles

Who is this for? The Oakley Flight Deck OO7050-01 suits skiers and snowboarders who prioritize maximum field of view, crisp contrast, and helmet compatibility. It’s ideal for riders who want a low-profile, performance-oriented goggle that adapts quickly to different lighting and keeps a clean aesthetic on the mountain.
