ONETIGRIS Backwoods Bungalow 2.0 One-Person Bushcraft Tent — Coyote Brown, Convertible Porch & 75D Ripstop

The OneTigris Backwoods Bungalow 2.0 is a one-person bushcraft tent that converts between a porched baker's tent and a secure A-frame shelter for year-round backcountry use.

The Backwoods Bungalow 2.0 blends classic baker's-tent geometry with modern materials to give solo campers a versatile, durable campsite shelter. Built from 75D ripstop nylon with taped seams and heavy-duty YKK zips, this compact rig is designed for cook-stove setups, minimalist hiking, and woodland hideaways where adaptability and low profile matter. Packed with practical features — a convertible canopy, mesh ventilation, reinforced tie-out points, and a lightweight kit of stakes and guy-lines — it balances protection, breathability, and lightweight carry.

How does the porch convert into a closed shelter?

The tent's front canopy zips and unzips so you can leave it open for a sheltered porch or close it to form a full A-frame tent. That makes it suitable for a wood-stove porch setup or a fully enclosed shelter during rain or snow.

• Zip-off front canopy converts porch to A-frame in minutes
• Can be pitched with walking poles, sticks, or between trees
• Reinforced grommets and tie-outs keep the porch stable under load
• Coyote brown fabric for low-visibility woodland use

What weather protection and ventilation does it provide?

The tent combines a double-layered entrance and a rear mesh vent to maximize airflow while defending against rain and wind. Seams are treated and the fabric carries a 1500mm waterproof rating for reliable lightweight weather protection.

• 75D ripstop nylon with waterproof seam treatment, 1500mm rating
• Mesh front door plus lower rear mesh vent for cross-flow ventilation
• Flaps on front and rear vents close tight for wet or cold conditions
• YKK zippers reduce snagging and improve durability in adverse weather

How easy is it to set up and carry for backcountry travel?

Weighing about 3.2 lbs and packed into a waterproof compression bag, the Backwoods Bungalow 2.0 is intended for lightweight solo trips. Setup is straightforward with simple supports, and the supplied stakes and guy-lines let you secure the fly in exposed conditions.

• Packed weight approximately 3.2 pounds for lightweight packing
• Includes 10 aluminum stakes, 6 guy-lines, and a waterproof compression bag
• No rigid pole required — use trekking poles, sticks, or trees to pitch
• Dimensions: 7 ft (L) x 4 ft (W) x 3.8 ft (H) for a snug solo footprint

What useful details and accessories are built into the tent?

The Backwoods Bungalow 2.0 includes campsite-friendly touches that improve comfort and utility: lantern hooks, mesh toggles, and additional tie-out points to reduce flapping and increase stability. Those small additions make extended camp life easier and quieter.

• Interior lantern hook for task lighting or hanging small gear
• Mesh toggles to keep doors and vestibules tidy when open
• Extra tie-out points at the rear for improved wind stability and noise reduction
• Quality snag-free YKK zippers for longer service life
