OurStarry Smart Music Boxing Machine wall-mounted trainer — Black, 9 Modes & 9 Speeds for kids & adults

OurStarry Smart Music Boxing Machine is a wall-mounted interactive punching trainer with LED targets, music sync, nine modes and nine speeds for family cardio, reflex practice, and fun workouts.

This compact unit combines a cushioned rebound target, integrated speaker, and programmable LED lights so adults and kids can train timing, coordination, and stamina without taking up floor space. It arrives with boxing gloves and mounts to a solid wall — ideal for bedrooms, garages, home gyms, or office fitness corners. Choose from multiple modes and speed levels to match skill and energy, and sync your phone to cue routines with music.

How does the LED target and music sync make workouts more engaging?

The LED targets flash to indicate where and when to punch, while the built-in speaker or connected phone plays rhythms that set pace and intensity. This audiovisual feedback helps users stay focused, follow patterns, and enjoy training sessions instead of just repeating hits on a static pad.

• LED targets light up in different sequences for timing practice
• Music syncs via Bluetooth to match punches with beats
• Audio prompts and lights increase motivation and session variety
• Multiple modes alter patterns for reaction and footwork drills

What training options and difficulty levels are available?

The machine offers nine distinct modes and nine speed levels so you can tailor sessions for beginners through advanced users. Modes change target sequences and challenge types, while speed settings control how quickly lights advance — useful for gradually building reaction time and endurance.

• Nine modes include timed sequences, random hits, and rhythm routines
• Nine speeds let you ramp from slow practice to fast reaction work
• Adjustable intensity supports kids, teens, and adults
• Mode and speed changes keep workouts varied and progressive

How durable and safe is the punching surface for regular home use?

The impact area has a cushioned rebound surface designed to absorb strikes and reduce stress on hands and wrists during repeated practice. The included gloves further protect users and help maintain proper striking form without relying on external mitts.

• Cushioned surface reduces shock transfer to joints
• Smooth wipe-clean material makes maintenance simple
• Included gloves protect knuckles and encourage correct technique
• Wall-mounted design secures the unit away from trip hazards

How easy is installation, and where should I mount it?

Installation is straightforward when mounted to a clean, solid wall; the compact footprint preserves floor space and keeps the target at a comfortable height for different users. Position it where you have a clear striking zone and enough overhead and lateral clearance for full movement.

• Mount to solid drywall with studs or masonry for stability
• Adjust height for kids, teens, or adult reach
• Small wall footprint fits bedrooms, garages, and home gyms
• Keep surrounding area free of obstructions for safety
