OutdoorMaster Wireless Ski Helmet Headphones, Light Gray, Bluetooth 5.3 with 40mm Drivers

OutdoorMaster MZ04m Wireless Ski Helmet Headphones are compact Bluetooth 5.3 speakers with 40mm drivers and a glove-friendly control button, designed to fit most audio-ready helmets and deliver hours of clear music on the slopes.

These helmet speakers pair modern wireless audio with a rugged, low-profile form that tucks into helmet speaker pockets or sticks to helmet liners. With HDR audio tuning, a built-in microphone, and an oversized tactile button that works with thick gloves, the MZ04m balances sound quality and practical controls for skiing, snowboarding, motorcycling, and other outdoor rides in cold conditions.

How do these headphones fit and install in my helmet?

The MZ04m uses a slim circular design (13.7mm thick by 51.42mm diameter) to sit inside standard helmet speaker pockets or attach under liners. Installation is tool-free and reversible so you can move the speakers between helmets.

• Fits audio-ready helmets from Giro, Smith, Burton, K2, POC, Anon and many motorcycle helmets
• Low-profile shape minimizes pressure on the head
• Easy snap-in placement or adhesive repositioning depending on helmet type

What sound performance and features should I expect on the slope?

These speakers pair 40mm drivers with HDR audio optimization to emphasize clarity across lows and highs, so music, podcasts, and calls remain intelligible over wind and activity noise. A built-in microphone lets you take calls or use voice assistants while you ride.

• 40mm drivers tuned for clear midrange and punchy bass
• HDR audio processing for balanced sound across frequencies
• Integrated mic supports hands-free calls and voice commands

How reliable is the wireless connection and battery life outdoors?

Bluetooth 5.3 offers faster device pairing, improved stability, and better resistance to interference from other electronics on crowded chairlifts or group rides. Battery life covers an entire day on the mountain under typical use, and the speakers tolerate a wide operating temperature range.

• Bluetooth 5.3 for stable, low-latency wireless audio
• More than 10 hours single playback per charge; up to 50 hours standby
• Operational range rated from -20°C to 45°C for cold-weather use

Can I control music and calls while wearing gloves?

Yes — the MZ04m includes a large, glove-friendly multifunction button that responds reliably when you’re wearing thick ski gloves. Common functions like play/pause, volume adjustment, track skip, and voice assistant activation are all reachable from the single control.

• Oversized tactile button designed for gloved use
• Supports play/pause, volume, track skip, call answer/end, and voice assistant
• Simple pairing process for phones, tablets, and other Bluetooth devices

Who this is for: The OutdoorMaster MZ04m is for outdoor enthusiasts who want convenient, helmet-integrated audio without bulky over-ear headphones — skiers, snowboarders, motorcyclists, and winter commuters who need solid sound, glove-friendly controls, and a slim, universal fit for multiple helmets.
