PG Palladium Golf 2'x1' Heavy-Duty Hitting Mat — Weighted Iron Core, No-Slide Rubber Base

The Palladium Golf Hitting Mat is a compact, heavy-duty 2' x 1' practice surface with a patent-pending weighted iron core that prevents sliding and delivers fairway-like turf feedback for indoor or outdoor use.

Whether you practice in a garage, a basement simulator bay, or a backyard corner, the Palladium Golf Mat is built to stay put and feel like the fairway. Its dense artificial turf and integrated rubber base absorb shock for comfortable repetition, while the internal iron layer adds weight so the mat resists movement on concrete and other smooth floors. Designed for long-lasting performance, the surface is low-odor, easy to clean, and engineered to withstand repeated strikes without curling or tearing.

How does the mat stay stable during full swings?

The mat uses a patent-pending interior iron core that adds ballast without bulk, keeping the mat anchored during swings and preventing rolls or slides. A rubberized underside further grips the floor to minimize vibration and displacement.

• Weighted iron layer prevents lateral movement on smooth surfaces.
• Rubber base absorbs impact and enhances traction.
• Ships and stays flat—no curling edges to cause mis-hits.

Will this mat feel like a real fairway and protect my clubs?

The surface is crafted from fairway-style turf that offers realistic ball interaction while cushioning the clubhead at impact. The shock-absorbing base reduces jarring through the hands and wrists compared with hitting directly off concrete.

• Fairway-textured turf for natural feedback and divot-like resistance.
• Cushioned rubber backing reduces shock transmitted to clubs and joints.
• Durable fibers resist fraying, shedding, and long-term breakdown.

How portable and easy to store is a mat with an iron core?

Despite its internal weight, the 2' x 1' footprint and integrated carry handle make this mat simple to move and stow. It ships flat and is compact enough to fit under a bench, shelf, or in a closet when not in use.

• Compact 2 ft by 1 ft size fits small practice spaces and simulators.
• Integrated handle for quick relocation; weighs 11.5 lbs for stability.
• Flat-packed design avoids curling—ready to use out of the box.

What accessories and maintenance does the mat require?

The mat includes built-in tee positions with durable holders so you can use tees repeatedly without extra mounts. No special cleaning agents are required—surface debris wipes away and the low-odor materials suit indoor settings.

• Includes two integrated tee holders for consistent tee placement.
• Surface wipes clean; low-odor composition suitable for indoor use.
• Single-surface fairway turf—ball tray and carry case sold separately.

Who is this for: The Palladium Golf Mat is aimed at golfers who need a dependable, compact practice surface that won’t slide—suitable for beginners learning fundamentals, intermediate players sharpening iron contact, and advanced golfers practicing indoors or in simulator setups. It’s also a good fit for coaches, academies, and households seeking a durable, low-maintenance hitting solution that protects floors and clubs while providing realistic feedback.
