plankpad Plankpad PRO plank and balance board, walnut finish — app-controlled gamified core trainer

Plankpad PRO is a balance board and plank trainer that turns short daily core workouts into interactive game-based exercise via a free iOS/Android app. Plankpad PRO pairs a solid maple-wood wobble board with a synchronized mobile app so your body becomes the game controller. Instead of static planking, the board adds dynamic balance, shoulder and hip engagement, and playful challenges that increase time under tension and make short sessions feel easier to sustain. The package includes an anti-slip mat, a floor protector, an exercise poster, and clear instructions so you can start training at home right away.

How does Plankpad PRO make a three-minute routine effective?

Short, intense sessions rely on quality of movement and full-body recruitment. The plank position already engages abs and back; adding balance forces smaller stabilizers and glutes to work, increasing overall muscle activation and metabolic cost in a compact timeframe.

• Combines isometric core hold with dynamic balance for more muscle involvement
• Three-minute or progressive 30-day programs built into the app
• High time-under-tension with minimal equipment and setup

What types of workouts and games are included in the app?

The free Plankpad app for iOS and Android contains ten games plus guided video workouts that blend balance tasks and plank variations. Games distract from perceived exertion and add objective goals, while structured workouts guide progression across strength and stability.

• 10 gamified balance challenges that respond to board movement
• Video-led sessions and a 30-day challenge for steady gains
• Options for short daily routines or longer full-body sequences

Can Plankpad PRO be used for other training and home use?

Yes — it doubles as a balance board for general posture, proprioception, and coordination work. Families can connect the app to a TV for shared play, and the board’s premium materials make it suitable for visible placement in living spaces.

• Use as a wobble board for balance and ankle/knee stability drills
• TV-compatible gameplay for group sessions and motivation
• Includes extra floor mat to protect surfaces during use

What materials, accessories, and maintenance should I expect?

Plankpad PRO is crafted from FSC-certified maple with a walnut finish and comes with skin-friendly anti-slip padding to keep positions secure and comfortable. The set arrives with an extra floor protector and a clear workout poster so you can position the board and follow routines quickly.

• Hand-selected FSC-certified maple wood with walnut finish
• Comfort-focused anti-slip mat plus spare floor protector
• Includes printed workout poster and user manual for quick setup

Who is this for? Plankpad PRO suits busy people who want efficient core and balance training without bulky equipment, parents who want an engaging family fitness option, and anyone looking to add stability work into short daily routines. It’s designed for home use, small spaces, and users who prefer guided app sessions and gamified progress tracking. While it enhances general fitness, consult a professional if you have recent surgery, severe back issues, or balance conditions before starting new balance-focused exercises.
