PowerNet Hanging Plyo Mat Throwing Pitching Trainer, 30" x 24" Heavy Rubber Target with Carabiners for Plyo Ball Accuracy

The PowerNet Hanging Plyo Mat is a heavy-duty, portable backstop that creates a clear visual target for weighted plyometric ball drills to improve throwing and pitching accuracy.

Designed for baseball and softball players, this durable rubber target hangs from fences or poles to give coaches and athletes a reliable impact surface for plyometric training. It’s compact enough to pack away or roll up after practice and robust enough to absorb repeated hits from weighted training balls. The mat is intended to protect fences, provide immediate visual feedback, and focus repetition during strength and accuracy work—plyo balls are sold separately.

How does the Plyo Mat help my throwing and pitching practice?

The printed target gives a consistent reference point so athletes can aim for the same spot on every rep, which accelerates motor learning and repeatable mechanics. The mat’s impact-resistant rubber reduces rebound and protects fence surfaces, letting you train with heavier balls safely.

• Large, high-contrast aim point for visual focus
• Absorbs impact to minimize fence damage
• Encourages consistent release and follow-through during repetitions

What are the size, material, and durability details?

The mat measures roughly 30 inches by 24 inches and is made from 1/8-inch thick heavy rubber designed to withstand repeated strikes. Its construction balances flexibility for rolling and strength for long-term use, making it suitable for outdoor practice on chain-link fences and similar surfaces.

• Coverage area: about 30" x 24" for a substantial target
• Material: 1/8" heavy-duty rubber for impact resistance
• Includes two carabiners for secure hanging on most fences and poles

How easy is it to install, transport, and store?

Installation takes moments: clip the included carabiners to the mat’s mounting points and attach to a fence or post. When practice ends, the mat rolls up compactly for easy carrying or storage, making it a good option for coaches who move between fields.

• Quick setup with two included carabiners
• Rolls up for low-profile transport and storage
• Lightweight and portable for practices, clinics, and travel
