Profile Design Aero HC System front-mounted hydration 28oz clear with integrated computer mount and shrouded straw

The Profile Design Aero HC System Clear is a front-mounted, refillable 28oz hydration system with an integrated computer mount that keeps your bottle tucked between your arms for a sleeker aerodynamic profile.

This compact hydration solution combines an ergonomic, BPA-free HDPE bottle with a shrouded straw, an adjustable cage, and a built-in computer mount so riders can drink, ride, and monitor data without breaking their position. Designed for triathletes and time-trial cyclists who want hydration easily accessible while minimizing drag, the Aero HC places weight and volume close to the bike’s centerline for improved handling and a low visual profile.

How does the Aero HC System improve aerodynamics while riding?

By situating the bottle between the rider’s arms and covering the straw with an aerodynamic shroud, the Aero HC reduces frontal area and smooths airflow across your cockpit. The low, centerline placement reduces turbulence behind the bars compared with side-mounted bottles, helping maintain speed with less effort.

• Front-mounted placement keeps bottle hidden behind aerobars for lower drag.
• Shrouded straw directs airflow around the bottle rather than catching it.
• Compact, tapered bottle shape built for a reduced aerodynamic footprint.

How easy is it to refill and drink on the go?

The Aero HC’s quick-fill cap and long, shrouded straw let you sip without leaning out of position, while the refill-friendly opening makes mid-ride top-ups simple. The cap is designed to limit spillage during rough roads and fast descents so you can hydrate confidently without a mess.

• 28 oz (approximately 828 ml) HDPE bottle capacity for long efforts between refills.
• Wide, quick-fill cap for fast pit stops and easy pouring from bottles or jugs.
• Shrouded straw prevents splashes and secures the drink outlet while riding.

What materials, weight, and mounting options does the system offer?

The bottle is made from BPA-free, food-safe HDPE and the complete rig weighs about 248 grams, balancing durability with lightness. The cage and the computer mount each adjust independently from the main bracket so you can fine-tune bottle angle and screen position to suit your cockpit geometry.

• BPA-free, food-safe HDPE construction for taste neutrality and safe hydration.
• Total system weight: 248 g — engineered to be lightweight yet sturdy.
• Independent adjustment of cage and computer mount for personalized setup.

How does the integrated computer mount work with my devices?

The built-in computer mount places your head unit directly in your sightline above the bottle, keeping vital metrics visible without forcing you out of an aero tuck. It’s designed to align screens with common head-unit footprints and can be fine-tuned independently of the hydration cage for optimal visibility and clearance.

• Integrated mount positions data in your natural line of sight for quick glances.
• Independent adjustment prevents interference between bottle and computer.
• Compatible with common cycling computer shapes and mounting styles.

Who is this for? The Profile Design Aero HC System Clear is aimed at triathletes, time-trialists, and performance-minded cyclists who prioritize aerodynamics and easy access to both hydration and ride data. If you spend long efforts in the aero bars and want a clean cockpit with minimal drag, this system delivers a compact, refillable bottle, secure straw, and an integrated mount so you can focus on pace and performance.
