BURIUS Punching Bag with Stand — Adjustable 48–58 in Reflex Bag, Gloves & Pump (Red)

The BURIUS Punching Bag with Stand is a complete, adjustable youth boxing set that includes a 48–58 inch reflex bag, gloves and a pump for beginner training at home.

This compact kit is built for growing teens who want to learn boxing basics, boost coordination and enjoy regular fitness practice without a complicated setup. The height adjusts from 48 to 58 inches to follow a child's growth, and the freestanding base fills with sand or water so you can place the bag in a bedroom, playroom or garage. The set packs everything a beginner needs: the reflex bag, a pair of gloves and a hand pump, making it an easy gift for active young people.

How does the adjustable height help a teen progress?

Adjustable height lets the punching bag match a young athlete's reach and stance as they grow, encouraging correct technique and safer training. Raising or lowering the bag takes only moments, so the same unit can serve multiple users or remain useful over several years.

• Adjusts between 48 and 58 inches to fit ages roughly 8–15
• Helps develop proper punching level and footwork
• Supports progressive training as height and skill increase

Is the freestanding base stable enough for energetic workouts?

The stand uses a wide base you fill with sand or water to create stability during strikes and reflex drills. While no freestanding bag is immovable, the weighted base minimizes tipping and makes home setup safe and practical without drilling into floors or ceilings.

• Wide base designed for sand or water fill for added weight
• Stable enough for punches and light kicks common in youth training
• Easy to drain and move if you need to relocate the bag

What training benefits can a beginner expect from this reflex bag?

This reflex bag focuses on timing, coordination and endurance rather than heavy-impact striking. Repetitive hitting and blocking drills improve reaction speed and hand-eye coordination, while short sessions build fitness and confidence for teens starting boxing.

• Reflex-style surface rebounds to develop timing and reaction
• Suitable for light striking, combinations and defensive drills
• Gloves included protect hands during practice

How simple is the setup and what accessories are included?

Setup is tool-free and user-friendly: assemble the stand, attach the bag, and fill the base. The package includes a hand pump to inflate any inner bladder and a pair of youth-sized boxing gloves so training can start right away.

• Tool-free assembly—no drilling or special tools required
• Includes pump and gloves for immediate use
• Compact footprint fits smaller indoor spaces

Who is this for: The BURIUS Punching Bag with Stand is aimed at parents and caregivers seeking an all-in-one starter boxing set for kids and teens (roughly ages 8–15) who want to practice reflex work, coordination and basic striking at home. It also suits families who need a portable, adjustable training solution that grows with the child and requires minimal installation.
