PURATEN disc golf retriever pole 16 ft — Blue telescoping grabber with 3 metal hooks & carry bag for course recovery

PURATEN Disc Golf Grabber Tool is a 16-foot telescoping retriever pole with three interchangeable metal hooks and a carry bag for recovering discs from water, trees, bushes, and other hard-to-reach places.

This lightweight, stainless-steel retriever collapses to about 43 cm (16.5 in) for easy transport and extends to 487 cm (16 ft) so you can reach discs lodged in foliage, over water, or in uneven terrain. The kit includes a rubber-grip handle for comfortable use, three purpose-built hook heads (water hook, single hook, double hook) with rubber coating to protect rims, and a compact polyester storage bag to keep everything organized on the course.

How far can the pole reach and how compact is it for carrying?

The telescopic shaft extends to a maximum of 16 feet, giving you access to most trees, banks, and shallow water without wading. When collapsed it measures roughly 43 cm (16.5 inches), small enough to fit in a backpack or the included storage pouch.

• Maximum length: 487 cm (16 ft)
• Collapsed length: about 43 cm (16.5 in)
• Storage bag size: approx. 46 x 13 cm (18.1 x 5.1 in)
• Lightweight stainless-steel construction for easier carrying

Which hook should I use for different retrieval situations?

The retriever comes with three distinct hook heads so you can match the tool to the environment: a wide water hook for scooping discs near or on water, a single hook for snagging rims in bushes or low branches, and a double hook for securing smaller catches or awkward angles.

• Water hook: 21 x 4.5 cm, designed to scoop and cradle floating discs
• Single hook: 10.5 x 6 cm, good for snagging rims from brush or trees
• Double hook: 5.4 x 4.9 x 3.4 cm, for tight catches and secure grips
• All hooks feature rubber coating to protect disc rims

Is the pole durable and easy to use on the course?

The pole uses stainless-steel sections and reinforced screw joints for stability and wear resistance, while the rubber handle improves grip during extended use. Each hook installs by hand-rotating and tightening the reinforced screw, so you won't need tools to swap heads mid-round.

• Stainless steel shaft resists bending under normal retrieval loads
• Reinforced screw connections prevent loosening during use
• Rubber-coated hooks grip discs without scratching rims
• Comfort rubber handle reduces hand fatigue on longer reaches

Can I use this retriever for activities other than disc golf?

Yes — the versatile hooks and extendable pole make this useful for a variety of outdoor retrieval tasks beyond disc golf, such as fishing floating objects from shallow water, collecting outdoor decorations, or reaching ball-like items in trees and bushes.

• Works for tennis, baseball, badminton, and kite retrieval
• Handy for campsite and yard tasks where reach is limited
• Includes a compact storage bag for transport and protection
