Pyrex Portable Hot & Cold Packs — Large 11x7 in (3-Pack), Reusable Gel, Flexible Made in USA

Pyrex Portable Large Hot & Cold Packs (3-pack) are flexible, reusable gel packs you can heat in a microwave or chill in a freezer for targeted hot or cold relief and temperature control.

These large 11" x 7" Pyrex Unipacks were created for the Portables collection to deliver convenient temperature therapy and insulated packing options for everyday use. Each pack is thin and pliable so it molds to contours, fits inside lunch bags, coolers, backpacks and first-aid kits, and can be reheated or refrozen repeatedly without losing performance.

How do I use a Pyrex Portable Hot & Cold Pack safely and effectively?

To use cold, store the pack flat in the freezer until firm; to apply heat, follow microwave instructions carefully so the gel heats evenly. Allow the pack to reach a comfortable temperature before placing against skin, and use a cloth barrier to avoid direct contact. Always inspect packs for damage before use and follow manufacturer heating times.

• Freeze flat for at least 2–4 hours for firm cold therapy
• Microwave in short intervals, rotating between heats to distribute warmth
• Use a towel or fabric sleeve to prevent hot spots on skin
• Discard if the outer material is punctured or leaking

Can these packs be reused and how durable are they?

Yes — Pyrex Portable packs are built to be refrozen and reheated many times without losing their gel properties, provided the outer material remains intact. Their flexible construction is designed for repeated bending and conformation to shapes, making them a durable option for routine, non-medical temperature needs.

• Reusable gel core engineered for repeated thermal cycles
• Flexible, puncture-resistant outer film for everyday handling
• Made in the USA for consistent manufacturing quality

What practical uses do these hot/cold packs serve beyond therapy?

Aside from direct hot-or-cold application, these Pyrex packs are handy for keeping food and drinks at stable temperatures in lunch boxes, insulated totes, and small coolers. Their slim shape lets them double as protective padding or a compact heat source for warming hand-wrapped items when heated briefly.

• Chill sandwiches, salads, or beverages in a lunch bag

• Serve as a heat source for wrapped containers when warmed
• Slip into backpacks or kits for travel convenience
