Rio Brands 22" Square Folding Fabric Beach Table — Blue, Lightweight with Cupholders & Lower Shelf

The Rio Brands 22" Square Folding Fabric Beach Table is a lightweight, portable picnic table with two mesh cupholders and a lower storage shelf, designed for easy transport and short-term outdoor use.

Compact and practical, this blue square table brings a stable surface to beaches, campsites, tailgates, and backyard gatherings without the bulk of a full-size table. Its fabric-covered top snaps on and off for compact storage, while the foldable aluminum-style frame collapses like a quad chair so you can carry it with minimal effort. With a modest 30-pound load capacity and integrated cupholders, it’s built to keep snacks, drinks, and small gear organized in crowded outdoor settings.

How does this table perform on sandy beaches or uneven ground?

The table’s folding base and tensioned fabric top provide a surprisingly stable platform for lightweight items on soft or uneven surfaces. While it won’t replace a heavy-duty camping table, its low profile and broad feet help distribute weight to minimize sinking in sand.

• Low center of gravity resists tipping on soft sand
• Wide feet reduce ground pressure for steadier placement
• Fabric top with tension frame keeps surface level for cups and plates

What can I fit on the tabletop and in the storage shelf?

The 25" square surface accommodates plates, a small cooler, and personal items, while two 4" mesh cupholders secure beverages. The lower shelf is ideal for stashing bulkier items you want out of the way but still accessible.

• Top holds snacks, phones, sunglasses, and lightweight serving dishes
• Two integrated 4" mesh cupholders stabilize drinks and bottles
• Bottom shelf stores chips, utensils, board games, or small bags

How easy is it to set up, fold, and transport?

Setup is quick: unfold the frame, snap the fabric top into place, and you’re ready. The table folds compactly like a folding camp chair, making it convenient to load into a trunk or carry to a picnic spot.

• Frame folds flat for compact storage and easy transport
• Removable fabric top snaps on and off for cleaning and packing
• Lightweight construction reduces carrying strain between locations

How durable is the table and what should I avoid placing on it?

Designed for casual outdoor use, the table supports up to 30 pounds and resists typical beach and picnic wear when used as intended. Avoid placing heavy appliances, hot cookware, or sharp objects directly on the fabric top to prevent damage.

• 30-lb weight capacity suitable for food, drinks, and small gear
• Fabric top is durable for everyday outdoor use but not heatproof
• Avoid heavy coolers, grills, or concentrated loads on one corner

Who is this for: The Rio Brands 22" Square Folding Fabric Beach Table is ideal for beachgoers, picnickers, tailgaters, and casual campers who want a lightweight, portable surface with drink holders and extra storage. It fits small groups or families looking for a convenient, collapsible table for snacks and personal items rather than heavy-duty meal prep. Choose this table if you prioritize portability, quick setup, and organized storage for short outings and relaxed outdoor gatherings.
