RitFit 90mm Aluminum Pulley Wheels for Power Rack, 6 pcs, Dual-Sealed Bearings & 0.39" Groove

RitFit 90mm Aluminum Pulley Wheels are premium, 3.54-inch aluminum cable pulleys sold in a 6-pack to upgrade power racks, cable crossovers, and functional trainers with smooth, quiet performance.

These pulley wheels are built to improve cable tracking and durability in both home and commercial gym setups. Machined from corrosion-resistant aluminum and fitted with dual-sealed professional bearings, each pulley has a 0.39" groove designed for precise cable alignment. The result is reduced cable wear, quieter operation, and longer service life compared with generic plastic or stamped pulleys.

How will these pulleys change my equipment's cable alignment?

The RitFit pulleys use a 3.54" diameter and a 0.39" groove that guide cable travel with tighter tolerances than common alternatives. That geometry reduces lateral slop and keeps cables running true through full motion, which lowers abrasive contact and premature cable fraying.

• 3.54" diameter for stable cable roll and consistent leverage.
• 0.39" groove cut to cradle standard gym cable sizes securely.
• Precision-machined edges to prevent cable rubbing and mis-tracking.

Are these pulleys durable enough for heavy use in a gym?

Yes—each pulley is manufactured from high-grade aluminum chosen for strength and resistance to corrosion. Combined with a dual-sealed bearing system, the assembly is designed to withstand frequent repetitions and the environmental demands of a gym without rapid wear.

• Aluminum construction resists rust and deformation under load.
• Dual-sealed bearings keep lubricant in and contaminants out.
• Long service intervals compared to lower-quality nylon or plastic pulleys.

How simple is installation and what setups are supported?

Installation is straightforward: these pulleys drop into most standard pulley brackets or eyelets used on power racks and cable machines. They are compatible with home gym rigs, power racks, cable crossovers, functional trainers, rowing machines, recumbent bikes, and suspension systems when the mounting diameter matches.

• Fits common mounting configurations used on power racks and crossovers.
• Quick swap-out design for fast upgrades with basic tools.
• Use on accessory rigs like rowing units and desktop trainers for improved cable feel.

Will these pulleys make my machine quieter?

The pulleys use a whisper-quiet bearing design and smooth aluminum wheel surface that reduce operational noise compared with cheap, noisy components. The dual-sealed bearings both damp vibration and prevent grit from entering, maintaining quiet performance over time.

• Professional dual-sealed bearings for reduced noise and longer life.
• Smooth wheel finish minimizes scraping and vibration.
• Ideal for home gyms or late-night training when noise matters.

Who is this for: The RitFit 90mm Aluminum Pulley Wheels 6-pack is aimed at people upgrading or maintaining cable-based equipment who want a reliable, low-noise solution. It's suitable for home gym owners, personal trainers, small studios, and commercial facilities seeking a durable pulley replacement that improves cable tracking, reduces maintenance, and enhances workout feel without major modifications.
