ROCKBROS Folding Bike Lock 47-inch — Heavy-Duty Alloy-Steel, PP-Coated with Bracket & 2 Keys

ROCKBROS Folding Bike Lock 47-inch is a compact, heavy-duty alloy-steel folding chain that secures bikes, scooters, and outdoor gear with a 120cm length, PP coating, and included mounting hardware and two keys.

Built to combine portability with robust theft resistance, this ROCKBROS folding lock uses hardened alloy structural-steel links wrapped in protective PP plastic to protect your frame while resisting common attacks. At roughly 1.91 lb and extending to 47.24 inches, it gives enough reach to secure one or multiple bikes to fixtures like railings, poles, and gates. The package includes a universal bracket, mounting bolts, two fixing straps and two mechanical keys for everyday use and easy transport.

How does this lock protect my bike during daily stops?

The lock's 5mm alloy-steel links are engineered for high tensile strength, making them difficult to shear or cut with standard hand tools. The folding construction reduces leverage points and the PP coating prevents frame scratches while adding weather resistance.

• 5mm high-tensile alloy structural-steel links resist cutting and sawing attempts
• Folding design reduces pry leverage compared with loose chains
• PP plastic wrap prevents paint damage and helps block corrosion
• Includes two physical keys for redundancy and shared use

Can I mount and carry the lock without hassle?

Yes—the lock arrives with a compact bracket, two mounting bolts, and two fixing straps so you can attach it under a saddle or on frame tubes. The bracket accepts the folded lock and offers two installation orientations to suit most bike frames and rider preferences.

• Bracket plus two bolts for secure, bike-friendly mounting
• Two adjustable straps for added stability on varied frames
• Low-noise flexible links that don’t snag clothing or accessories
• Lightweight 1.91 lb profile that balances security and carry comfort

What can I secure with a 47-inch length?

The 120cm (47.24in) chain length is long enough to lock one large bike or to loop around multiple smaller bikes and a fixed object. It offers the reach needed for trees, fences, parking posts, railings, or multiple items like scooters and lawn equipment.

• Long enough to secure three compact bikes together in many arrangements
• Works for bicycles, scooters, motorbikes, and yard equipment
• Gives extra slack for awkward anchor points like trees and poles
• Suitable for urban and outdoor use where flexibility matters

How does the lock stand up to weather and wear?

The PP plastic outer layer resists water and reduces corrosion risk, while the alloy-steel core provides long-term mechanical strength. That combination helps the lock remain functional in rainy or damp climates without prematurely damaging your bike's finish.

• PP wrapping repels water and minimizes rust formation
• Plastic surface prevents paint scratches and wear marks
• Robust internal steel structure preserves security over time
• Two keys mean you won’t be stranded if one is lost

Who is this for: The ROCKBROS 47-inch Folding Bike Lock is designed for riders who want a portable, high-strength lock that balances reach and convenience. It's a good fit for commuters, urban cyclists, families who occasionally secure multiple bicycles, and anyone needing a versatile lock for e-bikes, scooters, or outdoor gear where corrosion resistance and frame protection matter.
