ROLiGHTiC LED Boat Lights 55FT RGB Marine Strip Lights, IP66 Waterproof, App & RF Remote

ROLiGHTiC 55FT LED Boat Lights are a 12V RGB marine strip lighting kit with app and 2.4G RF remote control, music sync, and IP66 waterproofing for interior and exterior boat illumination.

These flexible LED strips come as two 27.5-foot rolls (55ft total) built with 5050 SMD LEDs to wrap railings, under gunnel, steps, and cabin edges. They work with a smartphone app or an upgraded RF remote, respond to music via a built-in microphone, and are designed for wet environments with IP66 protection. The kit aims to add practical illumination and color ambience to pontoons, bass boats, yachts, and fishing vessels.

How do I control color and brightness from my phone or remote?

You can manage colors, brightness, and patterns either through the free "douCo Strip" app (iOS/Android) or with the included 2.4G RF remote that doesn’t require line-of-sight. The app lets you pick precise hues and dynamic effects, while the RF remote offers quick, reliable on/off, mode selection, and level adjustments up to about 13 meters.

• Control via app: full-color picker, scene presets, and timer settings.
• RF remote: 2.4G signal works without pointing directly at the receiver.
• Fine-tune brightness to avoid glare or create accent lighting.
• Save favorite scenes for fast recall before night outings.

Can these LED strips handle marine conditions and outdoor use?

The strips are rated IP66, protecting against heavy spray and rain but not for continuous submersion. Materials and seals are selected for marine environments, and the 12V design integrates with most boat electrical systems when installed correctly.

• IP66-rated: resists powerful water jets and splashes on deck and cockpit areas.
• 12V DC operation: compatible with standard boat power systems (fuse recommended).
• Use mounting clips and 3M tabs included for secure attachment on wet surfaces.
• Avoid placing strips where they will be permanently submerged.

How does the music-sync function work and when is it useful?

The built-in adjustable microphone lets LEDs react to external audio or music played from your phone via the app. Choose from multiple dynamic patterns and sensitivity levels to match party beats, fishing-night ambience, or docking signals—no separate sound processor required.

• Bluetooth music mode: lights follow phone playback or ambient sounds.
• Sensitivity control: tune responsiveness for noisy or quiet settings.
• 22 preset modes: instant effects for different moods and occasions.
• Works well for onboard entertainment and visual signaling at night.

What should I know about cutting and installing the strips?

The strip is cuttable only at marked intervals so you can tailor runs to rails and steps; cut segments cannot be reused. Prepare surfaces by cleaning and drying them, then attach with the adhesive backing, supplied mounting clips, or 3M pads for reliability on textured or damp surfaces.

• Cut only on printed cut lines; discarded pieces cannot be reconnected.
• Clean, dust-free surface improves adhesive hold and longevity.
• Use included clips and extra 3M tabs on curved or vibration-prone areas.
• Test the strips before permanently fixing them to confirm layout and function.
