S SECRETTOP Smart Ring Activity Tracker for Women & Men — Black 10, Heart Rate & Sleep Monitor, IP68 Rechargeable Case

The S SECRETTOP Smart Ring is a compact activity tracker ring that monitors heart rate, sleep stages, steps, calories, and more without monthly fees.

This slim, lightweight ring pairs with the LuckRing app to deliver continuous daily insights in a discreet form factor. Built with a stainless-steel exterior and epoxy resin interior, it balances durability and comfort for all-day wear. IP68 water resistance and a rechargeable case let you keep tracking through workouts, showers, and travel without needing a subscription service.

How accurate are the S SECRETTOP ring readings for everyday tracking?

The ring provides consistent consumer-grade metrics for heart rate, steps, sleep stages, and blood oxygen (SpO2) that are useful for spotting patterns over time. It’s designed for lifestyle monitoring rather than clinical diagnosis, so use the app’s trends and comparative charts to understand daily changes.

• Continuous heart rate monitoring during activity and rest
• Automatic sleep stage detection: deep, light, REM, awake
• Step counting, distance, and calorie estimates throughout the day
• SpO2 readings for additional context (not a medical measurement)

What fitness and sports features does the ring offer for workouts?

The ring supports 12 sport modes including running, cycling, swimming, and yoga to log specific workouts. During exercise the device records heart rate, duration, route (when paired to your phone), and calories to help you review sessions afterward in the LuckRing app.

• Twelve sport profiles like outdoor/indoor running and swimming
• Workout metrics: time, heart rate zones, calories burned, route mapping
• IP68 rating for sweat, rain, and brief water exposure during activity
• Hands-free camera control for quick action shots or group photos

How long does the battery last and how do I charge the ring?

Charge the ring using the included USB cable or the portable charging case for convenience on the go. Typical active use lasts about 3–5 days on a single charge, with standby up to 7–10 days depending on enabled features and frequency of syncing.

• Dual charging options: USB cable and magnetic portable case
• 3–5 days typical use; up to 7–10 days standby depending on settings
• Easy daily syncing with Android 5.1+/iOS 8.0+ via the LuckRing app
• Compact case doubles as storage and travel charger

How should I choose the correct size and wear the ring comfortably?

Accurate sizing ensures reliable sensor contact and comfortable all-day wear. Measure your finger circumference against the provided size chart before ordering and pick the closest match; the ring is available in eight different sizes to accommodate most users.

• Follow the included size chart to measure finger circumference precisely
• Choose a snug but not tight fit for consistent sensor readings
• Eight sizes available to suit different fingers and hands
• Sleek, low-profile design intended for 24/7 wear

It suits commuters, frequent travelers, athletes and casual exercisers who prefer a subtle wearable over a wrist device, plus families who want an easy way to share wellness data across members via the app.
