Sekrro Clip-On Hard Hat Light — 800 Lumen Rechargeable Hat Lamp with 1100mAh Removable Battery, IP66 Weather-Resistant

This slim, lightweight lamp clips to hat brims or hard hats to bring concentrated illumination without the bulk of a full headband. Designed for tradespeople, runners, anglers, and campers, it combines high-efficiency LEDs and a stable nylon-alloy clip so you get bright, consistent light while staying comfortable. The unit balances output, runtime, weather resistance and simple controls for practical use in varied conditions.

How bright is the Sekrro clip-on, and how long will it run?

The L9 model reaches a peak of 800 lumens for short bursts and maintains useful output for longer stretches thanks to an energy-dense 1100mAh removable battery. Expect extended low-to-mid settings for overnight tasks and shorter high-output duration for focused work.

• Peak brightness: 800 lumens for task-focused needs
• Efficiency: 220 lumens per watt for extended runtime
• Battery: removable 1100mAh rechargeable cell
• Runtime examples: ~2.8 hours at max, ~8 hours at 250 lumens

Will it stay secure on my hat or hard hat during active work?

The light weighs about 2.3 ounces (66 g) and uses a reinforced nylon-alloy clip that resists sagging and slipping under movement. Its low profile keeps balance centered on the brim so the hat retains its normal fit, even during dynamic activities.

• Featherlight design minimizes head tilt and fatigue
• Reinforced clip clamps to fabric brims or rigid hard hats
• Stable during running, bending, and moderate impacts
• Compact form factor avoids interference with goggles or helmets

How do the controls and light modes work in real situations?

Controls are simplified with a top-mounted wave sensor and mode button, letting you toggle lights with gloved, wet, or dirty hands without accidental shutdown when you look down. The unit includes a white beam for clear visibility and a red mode to preserve night vision.

• Top wave sensor: hands-free toggling that stays active when looking downward
• White beam for task visibility; red beam for low-light preservation
• Power indicator displays battery level for on-the-go planning
• Simple sequence: wave or press to cycle modes and brightness levels

Is the light durable enough for wet or dirty environments?

Built for outdoor and industrial use, the device carries an IP66 rating to resist heavy rain, mud, and sweat. The sealed body and rugged clip keep internal components protected so the lamp continues performing in adverse conditions.

• IP66 dust- and water-resistant construction
• Low-heat LED operation reduces failure risk
• Removable battery isolates power source for safe charging and replacement
• Durable materials designed for workshop and field use
