GROTTICO Ski Helmet for Kids, Women & Men, Blue Black, Size Medium — ASTM Certified, Adjustable Fit

GROTTICO ski helmet is an ASTM F2040 certified snow helmet built with an ABS shell, EPS impact core, and three adjustable sizes to protect and fit skiers and snowboarders of all ages.

This helmet combines recognized safety construction with comfort-focused features so the whole family—kids, teens and adults—can enjoy winter sports with a secure, warm headpiece. It includes a reinforced outer shell, shock-absorbing interior foam, removable washable liners, and a micro-adjust dial that fine-tunes fit across three size options. Vents and plush padding balance warmth and airflow, while strap and goggle-friendly design elements keep gear in place during active use.

How does this helmet meet safety expectations on slopes?

The GROTTICO helmet is tested to ASTM F2040 standards and pairs a tough ABS exterior with an EPS core to manage impact energy. It’s designed for downhill skiing and snowboarding environments and built to the common safety benchmarks used in recreational snow sports.

• ASTM F2040 certified construction for recreational winter sports
• Durable ABS outer shell for penetration resistance
• EPS foam inner layer to absorb and distribute impact forces
• Sturdy fastening system to keep the helmet positioned during falls

Which size should I choose and how do I get a precise fit?

GROTTICO offers three size ranges to cover children, youth and adults; each shell includes an internal dial to micro-adjust circumference for a snug, secure fit. Measure head circumference above the eyebrows and compare to the listed ranges to select the closest size, then use the dial and strap to fine-tune comfort.

• Small: 50–54 cm (19.7–21.3 in) — suitable for kids from about 5 years and up
• Medium: 55–58 cm (21.7–22.8 in) — ideal for teens and smaller adults
• Large: 59–61 cm (23.2–24 in) — fits most adult heads
• Adjustment dial and chin strap for personalized, stable fit

What comfort and convenience features help on long days in the snow?

Inside, the helmet uses a soft plush liner and removable ear pads that can be washed after heavy use. Thirteen vents provide balanced airflow so you stay warm but not overheated, and strap routing stabilizes goggles for continuous visibility.

• Cozy plush inner liner for warmth and comfort
• 13 vents for controlled airflow and temperature management
• Removable, washable ear pads and inner liner for hygiene
• Goggle-friendly strap design to prevent slippage during activity

How do I care for and maintain this helmet?

Routine care is simple: remove the inner liner and ear pads for hand washing, wipe the shell with a damp cloth, and store the helmet away from direct heat. Regularly check the dial, straps and buckles for wear to ensure ongoing fit and safety performance.

• Hand-wash removable liners and pads, air-dry fully before reuse
• Wipe the ABS shell with a mild soap and soft cloth
• Inspect straps, fastenings and the fit system before each season
• Replace the helmet after a significant impact or visible damage
