SMITH Mirage helmet for women — ski & snowboard helmet, Matte Chalk Rose Large, KOROYD vents

Built by SMITH with design cues from decades of mountain performance, the Mirage blends advanced safety materials with user-friendly features aimed at women riders. The helmet’s KOROYD zones are engineered to absorb and dissipate energy, while 14 adjustable vents and the AirEvac channeling keep airflow consistent and compatible with Smith goggles. Removable ear pads and a micro-adjustable fit system make it simple to tailor warmth and fit without tools.

How does the Mirage protect me differently from a standard helmet?

The Mirage integrates Zonal KOROYD structures that deform on impact to reduce transmitted energy, supplementing the shell and liner. It meets multiple industry certifications so it satisfies common safety standards for snowsports.

• Zonal KOROYD energy‑absorbing cores for targeted impact management
• Certified to ASTM F 2040, CE EN 1077 Class B, CPSC and CE EN1078
• Durable outer shell with internal impact zones for layered protection

Will this helmet keep my goggles from fogging and my head cool?

Yes — the Mirage uses 14 vents that you can open or close with one hand and an AirEvac channel that integrates with Smith eyewear to draw warm air away from goggles. That combination promotes steady airflow and helps reduce fogging during active use.

• 14 one‑hand adjustable vents for on‑the‑fly ventilation control
• AirEvac goggle integration to route warm air away from lenses
• Strategic vent placement to balance breathability and warmth

How adjustable and comfortable is the fit for long days on the mountain?

The Mirage features a rear dial fit system for precise micro‑adjustments and removable Snapfit SL2 ear pads that add warmth and can accept audio chips. The shell is lightweight to reduce fatigue, and the interior shape is tuned for a women’s fit profile.

• Dial fit adjustment for quick, tool‑free sizing changes
• Removable Snapfit SL2 ear pads for warmth and audio compatibility
• Lightweight construction that reduces neck strain during prolonged use
