Solim Pontoon Boat Cover, Gray, 22'-24' Long (Beam Width Up to 8.5FT) 1200D Heavy-Duty Waterproof UV Resistant

Solim's 22–24FT pontoon boat cover is a heavy-duty, 1200D marine-grade oxford fabric cover that delivers full-coverage, waterproof and UV-resistant protection for pontoon boats up to 24 feet.

Built for boat owners who need dependable all-weather protection, this cover combines a reinforced 4-layer construction, thick PU coating and anti-UV treatment to resist rain, sun, wind, snow and dust. Double-stitched seams, internal waterproof strips at webbing seams, and extra reinforcement at stress points prolong fabric life and reduce water ingress. The design also supports trailering with sewn-in buckles and 18 adjustable tie-down straps for secure transport.

How durable is this cover for long-term outdoor storage?

The Solim cover uses 1200D marine-grade oxford material with four protective layers and a thickened PU topcoat to stand up to abrasion and repeated weather exposure. Reinforced corners and double-stitched seams reduce tear risk at high-stress areas, while colorfast technology prevents dye transfer onto boat surfaces.

• 1200D oxford fabric with 4-layer protection
• Double-seam stitching and waterproof strip at webbing seams
• Reinforced panels at bow, windshield and stern
• Colorfast finish to avoid staining hulls and upholstery

Will this cover keep my pontoon dry in heavy rain or snow?

Yes — the PU coating is thickened to meet a water-resistance standard of 9600 Pa, and all seams are double-stitched with internal waterproof reinforcement to limit seepage. The elastic hem and heavy-duty elastic cord create a snug fit that sheds water and reduces pooling across the deck area.

• 9600 Pa water resistance rating from reinforced PU coating
• Elastic hem and adjustable cord for tight, low-profile fit
• Webbing seams with internal waterproof strips at the top
• Design prevents snow and water accumulation on deck

Can I use this cover while trailering and mooring?

The cover is trailer-ready: it includes 18 adjustable tie-down straps plus integrated sewn-on buckles for fast installation and secure fastening during transport. Reinforcement panels under common stress points help keep both cover and boat safe in windy conditions while trailering or on moorage.

• 18 adjustable straps for secure trailering and storage
• Sewn-on buckles for fast release and reliable hold
• Reinforced attachment points under bow and stern
• Heavy-duty elastic cord for quick fit adjustments
