Strikeman 12 Gauge Shotgun Dry-Fire Laser Training System, Kit with Laser Cartridge Target and Phone Holder

The Strikeman 12 Gauge Shotgun Dry-Fire Laser Training System is a complete, safe kit that uses a laser cartridge, target and phone holder for realistic, at-home shotgun practice without live rounds.

Bring dependable dry-fire practice into your home with this ready-to-use system from Strikeman. The kit pairs a factory-aligned laser cartridge with a reusable target and a smartphone mount so you can record and analyze each shot through the Strikeman app. Designed to mimic the feel and timing of firing a 12 gauge while remaining quiet and non-damaging, it’s a practical alternative to live-fire training and snap caps for developing accuracy and draw speed.

How does this system simulate firing a 12 gauge?

The laser cartridge fits in the chamber and emits a short, visible laser when the trigger is pulled, reproducing the trigger pull and timing of a real firearm without discharge or recoil. The reduced noise and absence of hot brass let you practice indoors safely and repeatedly.

• Factory-aligned cartridge for consistent point-of-impact.
• Class 2 laser output under 5 mW for visible marks on target.
• Quiet operation—no live rounds or muzzle blast.
• Works with standard 12 gauge pump/shotgun actions for realistic feel.

What equipment comes in the kit and how do I set it up?

The kit includes the laser cartridge, a Strikeman target with a removable mount and suction cups, and a smartphone holder so you can aim your camera at the target. Set the suction-mounted target at your chosen distance, place the phone in the holder, insert the cartridge, and open the Strikeman app to begin sessions and view shot locations.

• Laser cartridge—ready to insert and use.
• Target with removable mount and suction cups for easy positioning.
• Adjustable phone holder to align camera with the target.
• App access (no subscription required) for shot feedback and tracking.

How does the Strikeman app improve practice sessions?

The updated Strikeman app captures each laser strike and translates it into measurable feedback, showing shot placement and progression over time. The app enhancements focus on easier setup, improved detection accuracy, and added timer and rapid-fire options to structure drills.

• Real-time shot mapping and session history.
• Improved laser detection and rapid-fire recognition.
• Timer modes for controlled drills and defensive training practice.
• No subscription required to use core features included with the kit.
