SUNCREAT extra large 2-person hammock, Blue Stripes, Size X-Large — breathable poly-cotton, heavy-duty for camping

The SUNCREAT Extra Large 2 Person Hammock is a roomy, heavy-duty blue-striped Brazilian-style fabric hammock designed for comfortable two-person lounging at home or on the trail.

This hammock pairs thickened poly-cotton fabric and tightly braided hand-finished ropes to create a breathable, durable cocoon that’s larger than standard hammocks. Finished in a coastal blue stripe, it’s built to bear the weight of two people or to serve as a dependable solo lounger with plenty of room. It folds compactly for camping or travel and can also be used indoors on a porch, in a bedroom, or as a cozy replacement bed for restful naps.

How durable is the fabric and stitching for regular outdoor use?

The hammock uses an upgraded poly-cotton blend that resists pilling, fading, and lint while remaining soft against skin. Reinforced end stitching and an 18-rope braided spread at each end distribute weight evenly, reducing stress on any single point. A metal rope thimble protects the ropes from wear where they contact tree straps or hooks.

• Eco-friendlier thicker poly-cotton fabric that’s breathable and skin-friendly
• Tight braided ropes (18 per end) for improved load distribution
• Metal rope thimble to reduce friction and extend rope life
• Stitch reinforcement on high-stress areas to prevent tearing

Will this hammock comfortably fit two people and what are its dimensions?

The total length from loop to loop is 144 inches, with a bed measuring approximately 98 inches long by 59 inches wide — plenty of room for two adults to sit or recline side-by-side. The extra width creates a cocoon-like surface that’s ideal for shared lounging, reading, or napping outdoors. Because of the large bed size, it’s also a popular choice for pet owners who want to share the hammock with a dog or cat.

• Total loop-to-loop length: 144 inches for flexible hanging distance
• Bed size: 98" long x 59" wide — generous two-person capacity
• Roomy design reduces crowding and improves comfort for couples
• Suitable for small pets and children with supervision

How easy is it to set up, carry, and maintain while camping?

The SUNCREAT hammock is lightweight and folds compactly for packing into a backpack or car trunk. Setup requires only secure anchor points and optional hooks or straps (sold separately); metal thimbles and braided ropes simplify attachment. For care, the fabric resists odor and fading and can be spot-cleaned or hand washed to keep it fresh season after season.

• Lightweight, portable design folds for travel and storage
• Compatible with tree straps, hooks, or stand-mounted systems (hardware not included)
• Machine-wash-friendly if your wash care allows, or spot-cleanable
• Fabric resists fading and lint for low-maintenance use

Can children or pets use the hammock safely?

The durable poly-cotton fabric and secure braided ropes make this hammock child- and pet-friendly for casual use. As with any elevated surface, supervised play is recommended for young children and active pets. The broad bed helps prevent tipping and provides a more stable surface than narrow rope-style hammocks.

• Sturdy fabric bed reduces snagging and tearing from claws or rough use
• Wide bed improves stability and comfort for kids and pets
• Recommended adult supervision for safety during play or sleep

Who is this for? The SUNCREAT Extra Large 2 Person Hammock suits campers, couples, and families who want a roomy, durable fabric hammock for backyard relaxing, camping trips, or a portable indoor lounger. It’s a good match for people who prefer a soft, cocoon-style hammock that balances comfort with rugged construction, and for pet owners who want a hammock that tolerates everyday wear.
