Takuoo IBC Tote Cover for 275 gal (1000L) Tanks — 420D Oxford Waterproof, UV-Resistant with Zipper & Access Flap

Takuoo's IBC Tote Cover is a tailored, heavy-duty waterproof cover designed to protect 275-gallon (1000L) IBC/ton tanks from UV, rain, dirt, and general outdoor wear.

Whether you store collected rainwater, liquids for agriculture, or industrial fluids, a properly fitted cover reduces plastic deterioration, keeps contents cleaner, and extends container life. This kit is sized for standard 275-gallon (1000L) IBC totes, built from tough 420D Oxford cloth, and includes user-friendly access points so you can inspect or fill the tank without removing the whole cover.

How does the cover fit a 275-gallon (1000L) IBC tank?

The cover is cut and sewn to match common IBC exterior dimensions for a snug, full-wrap fit that resists wind lift. Its measurements (120 x 100 x 116 cm / 47.3 x 39.4 x 45.7 in) accommodate standard 1000L tanks while still allowing easy handling during installation.

• Precision sizing for 275-gallon / 1000L IBC containers
• Full-coverage design to protect sides, top, and corners
• Low-slippage construction that stays in place under wind

What access features let me check or fill the tank without removing the cover?

Practical openings make routine tasks fast: a side zipper gives visual access to water level and sampling, while a top hook-and-loop flap allows you to open the lid area for filling or connecting fittings. These access points prevent repeated removal, preserving the cover’s lifespan and keeping contents protected.

• Smooth side zipper for quick water-level checks
• Top nylon hook-and-loop flap for filling and lid access
• Design keeps openings sealed when not in use to reduce contamination

What materials and weather protection does the cover provide?

The cover is made from thick 420D Oxford cloth with a waterproof coating, offering resistance to sunlight, rain, and airborne debris. It reduces UV-driven cracking and fading of the plastic tote while limiting the ingress of dirt and leaves into stored liquids.

• Durable 420D Oxford fabric with waterproof finish
• UV-resistant construction to slow plastic degradation
• Cleanable surface that sheds dirt and water for easier maintenance

How is the cover stored and maintained when not in use?

The kit folds down compactly for offseason storage and ships with a simple carry bag so you won’t lose space in your shed. Routine maintenance is minimal: wipe off debris, let it dry before folding, and keep hook-and-loop areas free of buildup to preserve sealing performance.

• Folds into included storage bag for compact stowage
• Wipe-clean surface—air dry before packing away
• Inspect seams and zipper annually for long-term durability
