TAOM Pyro Pool Cue Chalk — Blue Premium Billiard Chalk with Pocket Holder for Players & Pool

TAOM Pyro Premium Pool Cue Chalk in blue is a handcrafted, high-grip billiard chalk paired with a compact rubber pocket holder to give consistent tip contact and easy access during match play.

Designed in Finland for players who demand cleaner, more reliable cue-ball contact, TAOM Pyro Chalk uses a proprietary formula and shape to reduce miscues, minimize dust and deliver steady spin control. This listing includes a single round blue TAOM Pyro chalk (approximately 25.4 mm diameter and 16.5 mm height) plus a black rubber pocket chalk holder and a 4" stick-style pocketer for quick handling. Together they form a compact setup that fits comfortably in a shirt or pants pocket and stays ready for seconds between shots.

How does TAOM Pyro Chalk improve contact and reduce miscues?

The chalk’s new-grip technology increases friction between cue tip and chalked leather, helping the cue bite into the cue ball with fewer slips. Its composition is formulated to leave minimal residue on cloth, so you get more predictable spin without excess smearing.

• High-friction surface for steady tip-to-ball contact
• Low dust formulation reduces cloth marks
• Round shape provides even coverage across the tip
• Handmade in Finland for consistent density and finish

What comes with the chalk and how does the pocket holder help during play?

This set contains one round TAOM Pyro chalk (blue), a rubber chalk holder (black) that grips the chalk tightly, and a 4" plastic pocketer stick for swift retrieval. The pocket holder keeps chalk secure and clean while the stick lets you apply chalk quickly without fumbling at the table.

• Round chalk: 1" (25.4 mm) diameter, ~0.65" (16.5 mm) height
• Chalk weight: ~15 g; holder weight: ~22 g
• Rubber holder protects chalk and fits in pocket discreetly
• 4" plastic stick: tapered 10 mm to 6.5 mm for comfortable grip

How should I use and maintain TAOM Pyro Chalk for best performance?

Apply a light, even coating to the cue tip before spin shots rather than heavy stamping; a thin layer gives control without overloading the tip. Store the chalk in its rubber holder between sessions and keep the holder closed in your pocket to avoid collecting lint or excess table dust.

• Use gentle, circular strokes across the tip surface
• Replace chalk when contact becomes uneven or crumbly
• Keep chalk in the included rubber case to preserve edges
• Wipe the cue tip with a soft brush occasionally to remove buildup

Is this chalk suitable for tournament and recreational play?

Yes — TAOM Pyro is widely used by tournament players and recommended by many professionals for its grip and low-residue properties. It is also practical for casual players who want predictable ball behavior and a cleaner table experience.

• Preferred by advanced and competitive players
• Low residue helps keep cloth play-ready longer
• Durable composition reduces frequent replacements
• Compact holder makes it convenient for league nights and practice

Who is this for: TAOM Pyro Premium Chalk with its pocket holder suits club players, competitive cueists and serious hobbyists seeking a consistent, low-dust chalk solution. If you want a compact, professional-grade chalk system that protects your investment in technique — and keeps your pocket tidy between shots — this set is built to integrate smoothly into match routines and practice sessions.
