Tellegloww Coated Dive Weights Set, Black, 1.1lb 2.2lb 3.3lb 4.4lb — Nylon Belt & Quick-Release

Tellegloww 4-piece coated dive weights with a heavy-duty nylon belt provide a compact, corrosion-resistant ballast kit for scuba, freediving, and spearfishing.

This complete kit bundles four rubber-coated metal weights (1.1 lb, 2.2 lb, 3.3 lb, 4.4 lb nominal), a handmade 55–59.1 inch nylon belt, and a metal quick-release buckle to give divers an adjustable, durable ballast solution. The set is sized for versatility: each weight has rounded edges and a compact footprint, while the belt fits most waist sizes and secures quickly for shore entries and boat dives. Materials are chosen to resist the marine environment and to keep the system functional season after season.

How does this set adjust buoyancy across different dives?

The four distinct weight sizes let you fine-tune overall ballast to match gear, exposure suits, and water conditions. Add or remove individual weights to dial in neutral buoyancy during pre-dive checks, or keep a smaller subset for freediving and add heavier pieces for cold-water wetsuits.

• Includes 1.1 lb, 2.2 lb, 3.3 lb, 4.4 lb weights for incremental adjustment
• Compact dimensions make stacking on the belt easy and secure
• Quick-release buckle allows fast shedding in an emergency or surface swim
• Rounded edges and rubber coating reduce chafing and snag risks

Is the belt and buckle reliable for frequent diving use?

The belt is hand-stitched nylon designed to resist stretching and wear, and the metal quick-release buckle locks with serrated teeth for a firm grip when weighted. For safety, be mindful of the serrations during handling and test buckle performance on shore before use under load.

• Handmade nylon belt approximately 55–59.1 inches long and 1.6 inches wide
• Metal quick-release buckle with internal serrations for secure hold
• Simple adjustment and trimming possible for custom fit
• Durable construction intended for repeated shore, boat, and pool use

How do the coatings and shape affect longevity and comfort?

Each weight is metal core with a rubberized coating to reduce corrosion and provide a smoother touch against skin or suit. The rounded edges lower pressure points and prevent sharp contact that can tear neoprene or scratch equipment.

• Rubber coating improves corrosion resistance in saltwater
• Rounded corners minimize wear on suits and pockets
• Compact weight profile fits pockets or mounts along the belt easily
• Coating helps reduce noise and clanking while swimming

What activities and users is this kit best suited for?

This Tellegloww kit is tailored for recreational scuba divers, freedivers, and spearfishers who need a portable, adjustable ballast system. It works well as a primary belt for warm-water diving or as a supplemental set for travel, training, or mixed-activity days on the water.

• Good for freediving, recreational scuba, and spearfishing
• Compact enough for travel and easy to stow in dive bags
• Useful for beginners building ballast understanding and experienced divers tuning weight
• Portable and stackable for quick changes between dives

Who is this for: The Tellegloww 4-piece dive weight and belt kit is aimed at divers who want a simple, rugged, and adjustable ballast solution that travels well. If you need corrosion-resistant weights, a quick-release buckle, and a belt that accommodates a range of waist sizes, this set provides a flexible option without bulk. Be mindful of the buckle's serrations during fitting and always perform a pre-dive check to confirm secure attachment and appropriate weight distribution before entering the water.
