LAZER Tempo KINETICORE road helmet — One-Size fit with integrated KinetiCore rotational protection and LED compatibility

The LAZER Tempo KINETICORE is a lightweight road helmet that combines KinetiCore rotational-impact protection with an adjustable, one-size fit and compatibility for an external LED light.

The Tempo KINETICORE is engineered as an entry-level road cycling helmet for riders who want modern safety features without complex sizing or heavy weight. It uses LAZER’s integrated KinetiCore structure to help manage rotational forces during impacts, pairs with the Universal Lazer LED for added visibility, and features an intuitive TurnSys dial so a single size adapts to most adult heads. The design balances ventilation, low weight, and straightforward usability for training rides, commutes, and weekend group rides.

How does the KinetiCore system improve impact protection?

KinetiCore is a built-in core structure that helps control rotational energy during an impact event. Rather than a separate liner, KinetiCore is integrated into the helmet’s shell to provide a continuous protective layer while allowing the rest of the helmet to remain light and ventilated.

• Integrated rotational-energy management within the helmet shell
• Engineered to disperse impact forces across a broader area
• Maintains ventilation and low weight compared to bulky aftermarket systems

Will the Tempo fit my head and adjust quickly?

Yes — the helmet uses LAZER’s TurnSys retention system and a one-size shell designed to fit most adult head shapes. The dial on the rear tightens or loosens the fit instantly, and the strap system secures the helmet in place without complicated fiddling.

• One-size shell meant for a wide range of adult head circumferences
• TurnSys dial for fast, single-handed fine-tuning
• Simple strap adjustments keep fit consistent on the move

Can I use lights and stay visible in low-light conditions?

The Tempo KINETICORE is designed to work with the Universal Lazer LED light to boost rear visibility and safety in mixed lighting or poor weather. A compatible mount and helmet shape make attaching the LED straightforward, keeping the light stable at speed.

• Compatible with the Universal Lazer LED for rear illumination
• Helmet tail shape and mount points secure the LED without impeding ventilation
• Improves visibility for commuting or evening group rides

What features make the Tempo suitable for everyday riding?

The Tempo blends practical ventilation, light weight, and a durable outer shell so it performs well across daily commutes and recreational road rides. It avoids unnecessary complexity while delivering core protective and comfort features cyclists rely on.

• Lightweight construction for reduced neck fatigue on long rides
• Ventilation ports that channel airflow without sacrificing structure
• Robust external shell resists everyday bumps and scrapes

Who is this for: The LAZER Tempo KINETICORE is aimed at adults seeking an affordable road helmet that elevates safety with modern rotational protection, fits quickly with a one-size approach, and accepts a dedicated LED for added visibility. It’s a strong choice for new road cyclists, commuters, and riders who want a reliable, low-maintenance helmet for regular use without premium-level pricing or complicated sizing.
