Tether Golf Indoor & Outdoor Putting Game — Compact Hanging Ring Ladder, Putter or Hand Play, Made in USA

Tether Golf is a versatile indoor/outdoor putting game that lets families play using a putter or by hand to score points on a hanging ring ladder.

This compact, made-in-the-USA set combines elements of ladder ball and hook-and-ring to create a simple, competitive putting experience for players of all ages and abilities. The unit mounts easily to ceilings or outdoor structures using the included hardware and a break-away clip for safety. It’s designed to turn a garage, patio, rec room, or backyard into a casual putting green where kids, casual players, and golf enthusiasts can gather for fast, social rounds where every shot counts.

How does Tether Golf work in two different play styles?

The game supports both putter-based play and a toss-by-hand option so you can adapt to available space and player skill. Use your own putter and attempt to thread the rope through the ladder rungs, or stand closer and toss the tethered ball by hand for a quicker, family-friendly version.

• Putter play: longer shots, precision focus, traditional feel.
• Hand toss: faster rounds, easier for kids, great indoors.
• Two scoring options: wrap under for one score, sink over for another.
• Built-in scorecard helps track hole winners and match progress.

What do I need to install and store the set?

Setup is straightforward with included mounting hardware and a break-away ceiling clip for safe indoor installation. The compact frame disassembles quickly for storage or travel, and the clip minimizes damage risk if the line is accidentally snagged or pulled during play.

• Comes with mounting screws and anchors for wood or drywall.
• Break-away ceiling clip prevents strain on the mounting point.
• Lightweight frame folds or detaches for compact storage.
• No putter included — use your favorite one at home to play.

How is scoring handled and how do matches progress?

Tether Golf uses simple match-play rules that are quick to learn: players aim to win each hole by achieving the lowest score, and the first to win five holes wins the match. Points depend on whether the tether is wrapped under the rung or passed over the top, encouraging strategy and different shot types.

• Lowest score on a hole wins that hole.
• Five hole wins secures the match.
• Scorecard included for easy tracking of rounds.
• Supports head-to-head, team play, or free-for-all casual rounds.

Can I use Tether Golf indoors and outdoors?

Yes — the design is intended for both indoor and outdoor use, so you can move play between a living room, garage, patio, or backyard. Durable materials resist normal outdoor conditions, but storing the set inside during prolonged bad weather will extend the life of the hardware.

• Indoor-ready with break-away ceiling clip for safety.
• Outdoor-friendly frame and rope for backyard use.
• Quick to dismount and relocate when needed.
• Made in the USA construction for reliable quality.

Who is this for: Tether Golf is ideal for families who want an active, social game that's easy to learn, golf fans seeking a casual putting challenge, and gift shoppers looking for a versatile backyard or game-room present. Because it accommodates putters and hand tossing, it works for children, teens, casual adults, and experienced players who want a quick competitive format without needing a full golf setup.
