TOCO FREIDO Double-End Punching Bag Kit – PU Leather Speed & Reflex Balls, Adjustable Cords & Pump (Home/Gym)

TOCO FREIDO Double End Punching Bag Kit is a complete PU-leather speed bag and reflex-ball package with adjustable cords, pump, needles and headband for solo boxing and reflex training at home or in the gym. This compact kit combines a durable double-end punching ball with two reflex-ball difficulty levels, all accessories needed to inflate and mount it, and a simple headband system for quick solo practice. Built from PU leather with reinforced stitching and a thickened inner bladder, the set is designed to withstand repeated strikes while remaining portable and easy to set up. It’s ideal for improving timing, hand-eye coordination and speed without requiring a training partner.

How will this kit improve my boxing speed and timing?

The double-end ball rebounds rapidly between floor and ceiling or two anchor points, forcing you to read movement and strike with precision. The reflex ball adds solo drills that emphasize fast recovery and consistent rhythm. Both tools together create drills that sharpen reaction speed and timing under realistic, unpredictable motion.

• Double-end ball for realistic rebound and rhythm work.
• Two reflex-ball tensions to increase challenge progressively.
• Quick drills that focus on jab speed, counters and recovery.

What comes in the box and how easy is it to set up?

The kit arrives with one double-end punching ball, two reflex balls, a pump, two inflation needles, two carabiners, two elastic ropes and a headband. Setup is straightforward: attach bungees, inflate the ball to about 70% at first, and fine-tune cord length to your height. A wet needle is recommended the first time to reduce leakage during inflation.

• All mounting hardware included—no extra purchases required.
• Adjustable cords for ceiling, floor or door mounting options.
• Simple headband and elastic rope for solo reflex-ball practice.

Is this durable enough for regular gym or home use?

The speed ball is constructed from PU cow-hide leather with four layers of poly-cotton lining and a reinforced inner rubber bladder. Seams are double-stitched and triangular reinforcement at stress points helps resist tearing. While designed for frequent practice, correct inflation and regular inspection of cords and needles extend lifespan.

• PU leather outer shell with multi-layer lining for longevity.
• Thickened inner bladder and tight gas-nozzle for reduced leaks.
• Double-stitched seams and triangle reinforcement at stress areas.

Who is this for? This kit suits athletes at most skill levels who want efficient solo training—boxers, MMA fighters, fitness enthusiasts and anyone seeking improved reflexes or a fun cardio routine. It’s also a thoughtful gift that appeals broadly across ages and abilities; the two reflex-ball difficulties let beginners and more experienced users progress without buying additional gear. For best results, use on a securely anchored ceiling/floor point or doorway, and follow the included inflation guidance to avoid overfilling.
