TOKO Edge Tuner PRO ski & snowboard side-edge sharpener, adjustable 85°–90°, roller bearings

The TOKO Edge Tuner PRO is a professional, portable side-edge sharpener for skis and snowboards with adjustable 85°–90° angles, roller bearings to protect bases, and an included 80mm chrome file.

Whether you maintain a full tuning bench or want a compact tool to carry on trips, the TOKO Edge Tuner PRO gives repeatable side-edge angles and smooth tracking so you can refresh and refine edge bite quickly. Its roller-bearing guide reduces unwanted base contact while the angle adjustment and chrome file let you remove burrs and set a consistent bevel in a few passes.

How does the angle adjustment improve my edge tuning?

The adjustable 85°–90° range lets you select the side-edge bevel that matches your skis, snowboard, and riding style—shallower angles for faster, looser turns, steeper for firmer grip. A secure locking mechanism maintains the chosen angle during each pass, so results stay consistent across the length of the edge.

• Adjustable from 85° to 90° for different conditions and disciplines
• Clear detents or stops for repeatable settings
• Locks in place to avoid angle shift during use
• Works equally on skis and edges of snowboards with side bevels

Why do roller bearings matter when tuning edges?

Roller bearings guide the tuner smoothly along the edge and keep the tool riding the sidewall instead of digging into the base. That reduces the risk of accidental base gouges and makes every stroke uniform, which is crucial for a straight, even edge.

• Bearing-guided track prevents base contact and scratching
• Smoother motion for even metal removal along the edge
• Less user fatigue because the tool glides rather than drags
• Improves control on sidewalls and complex profiles

What results can I expect using the included 80mm chrome file?

The 80mm TOKO chrome file is sized to reach most edge lengths and quickly knocks off burrs and rough spots left from previous tuning. Used with the angle set, it produces a clean, sharp side edge ready for finer polishing or diamond stones as needed.

• Removes burrs efficiently for a crisp edge
• Compact 80mm length fits the tool and travel kits
• Compatible with follow-up diamond stones or gumming files
• Provides a reliable starting finish before stropping or polishing

How portable and compatible is this tuner for travel or shop use?

The TOKO Edge Tuner PRO is designed to be compact and travel-friendly while remaining robust enough for repeated shop use. Its size fits easily into a ski bag, backpack, or tuning case, and it works with commonly available files and stones for a complete maintenance setup.

• Lightweight, pocket-sized design for easy transport
• Fits into ski bags, backpacks, and toolbox drawers
• Accepts standard files and diamond stones for upgrades
• Durable construction suitable for frequent tuning sessions

Who is this for: The TOKO Edge Tuner PRO is built for recreational skiers and snowboarders who want better on-slope control, advanced riders and racers who demand consistent edge geometry, and shop technicians seeking a portable, precise side-edge tool. If you want repeatable angles, minimized base contact, and a travel-friendly tuner that pairs with files and stones, this tool fits neatly into your maintenance kit.
