VukGripz Pulse Bat Grip Tape Black Pulse, Pulse Series — Thin Friction Grip, Moisture-Wicking Vibration Dampening

VukGripz Pulse Bat Grip Tape is a thin, friction-based black handle wrap that provides consistent non-sticky traction, moisture-wicking comfort, and vibration dampening for baseball and softball bats.

Designed and manufactured in the USA, this bat grip tape replaces traditional tacky wraps with a reusable, thin-profile material that preserves barrel feel while improving control. It works on wood, alloy, composite and training bats and is engineered to resist peeling, shed less over time, and maintain dependable traction through sweat and humid conditions.

How does VukGripz Pulse improve grip without feeling sticky?

Instead of tackiness, the Pulse relies on engineered friction and a moisture-wicking surface to keep hands steady. The thin construction keeps you close to the bat for better barrel feel and faster hands while avoiding the cling of conventional tacky tapes.

• Friction-based surface for secure hold without gummy residue
• Thin profile preserves natural bat feedback and balance
• Moisture-wicking textile reduces slip from sweat
• Consistent texture that performs in humid conditions

Will this tape last through practices and games?

Yes — Pulse is designed for reuse and durability. The material resists common wear patterns like peeling and fraying, so you can rewrap handles across multiple seasons rather than replace after a few uses.

• Durable construction resists tearing and edge lift
• Reusable adhesive system allows multiple applications
• Built to withstand training, batting practice, and game conditions
• Made in the USA to consistent quality standards

Can I apply this to different bat types and wrap styles?

Pulse works on a wide range of bat materials and supports several wrapping techniques. Whether you prefer an edge-to-edge cover or a slight overlap for added thickness, the tape conforms to handles on wood, metal, and composite bats.

• Compatible with wood, alloy, composite, and training bats
• Suitable for edge-to-edge or overlapped wrapping methods
• Thin build allows customizing grip thickness without bulky layers
• Clean removal and reapplication for continued customization

Does Pulse reduce vibration and improve comfort on contact?

The tape’s layered makeup helps absorb and disperse some shock from off-center hits, delivering a quieter, more controlled feel at the hands. While not a medical device, it aims to improve comfort and reduce harsh sting compared with bare handles.

• Material dampens high-frequency vibration on impact
• Smoother hand feel reduces perceived sting after mis-hits
• Maintains consistent feedback for repeatable swings
• Works with gloves or bare hands for added comfort

Who is this for: VukGripz Pulse is built for hitters who want reliable control and a clean hand feel without tacky residue — from youth and high school players to collegiate and adult recreational athletes. It’s a good match for anyone who trains frequently, values durability and reusability, prefers close-to-bat feedback, and needs a grip that performs in sweaty or humid environments.
