How do these handles change the feel of exercises?

The open-ended chrome design lets your hands rotate, reposition, and adopt multiple grips during rows, pulldowns, presses, and core movements. This freedom of movement improves comfort and enables more natural wrist alignment for a variety of exercises. The chrome finish combined with molded grip areas gives a solid, controlled hold under tension.

• Open-ended shape enables varied hand positions and rotations.
• Chrome surface resists wear and provides a smooth contact point.
• Molded grip sections increase control and reduce slippage.

How easy is the setup and what comes in the package?

Setup is quick and user-friendly: the package includes the pair of chrome attachment handles and clear instructions so you can get back to training with minimal downtime. The handles are designed to attach using the same pins or straps your Total Gym uses, so installation is straightforward for most home users. No special tools or professional help are typically needed.

• Comes with chrome handles and step-by-step installation guide.
• Attaches using existing cables, pins, or strap hardware on the machine.
• Simple swap-in replacement that’s typically completed in minutes.
