Wise Marine Low-Back Fishing Boat Seat, White, 200 lb Capacity with 28 oz Marine Vinyl

Whether you fish for hours or need a reliable replacement seat for a runabout, this Wise low-back chair blends practical durability with simple, corrosion-resistant construction. The injection-molded frame and embossed vinyl finish resist typical marine wear while the included mounting hardware fits any standard BIA 4-bolt pedestal or swivel, letting you install it quickly and securely.

How does this seat hold up in sun, spray and regular use?

The Wise seat uses heavy-duty 28 oz. marine-grade vinyl and high-compression foam designed specifically for boating environments. Materials and construction prioritize resistance to sun, heat and light exposure, so the seat maintains shape and appearance through repeated use. Aluminum no-pinch hinges and a high-impact plastic frame reduce corrosion points compared with all-metal designs.

• Marine-grade 28 oz. vinyl with embossed texture for UV and moisture resistance
• High-compression foam keeps seat profile and comfort under repeated use
• Injection-molded plastic frame resists cracking and corrosion
• No-pinch aluminum hinges minimize rust-prone contact areas

How easy is it to install this Wise seat on my boat?

Installation is straightforward: the seat includes mounting fasteners and is compatible with any standard BIA 4-bolt pedestal system or swivel. That means most anglers and boat owners can swap old seats for this model without custom drilling or adapters. The compact footprint and common bolt pattern speed up retrofits and replacements.

• Includes mounting hardware for immediate installation
• Fits standard BIA 4-bolt pedestals and swivels
• Compact dimensions simplify placement in cockpits and consoles

What are the size and load limits I should plan for?

The Wise 8WD734PLS-710 is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 200 pounds and has conservative dimensions tailored to fishing and small-boat use. The seat overall measures approximately 19" high by 16" wide by 18.5" deep, with a seated depth near 14"—a profile that balances comfort and space efficiency on smaller vessels.

• 200 lb maximum weight rating for typical recreational use
• Overall dimensions: Height 19", Width 16", Depth 18.5"
• Seat depth around 14" for secure leg support while seated

Will the seat remain comfortable during long outings?

Comfort is delivered through marine-grade high-compression foam that resists bottoming out and maintains a supportive shape over time. The low-back design offers lumbar support while keeping your range of motion free for casting or steering. The embossed vinyl surface also helps reduce slipping when wet.

• High-compression foam for sustained cushioning and support
• Low-back profile balances support with mobility for anglers
• Textured vinyl reduces surface slip in wet conditions
